Super slow pump, it took twice as long as normal to fill up and didn’t even fill up all the way before it stopped. Also, I’m pretty sure it kept charging me after it stopped pumping.Lastly, the lot is quite small and difficult to maneuver.

I stopped in to buy some soda and a bag of Dots Pretzel, opened the pretzels and they were stale. I returned to the gas station and spoke to the cashier and told him about the pretzels and he smelled the bag and even tasted one and said he couldn't taste anything stale about them. I have purchased and eaten many bags of this brand of pretzels and these were stale for some reason, even though the expiration date was not expire. In short the employee would not help me or return my purchase price, I told him thanks for nothing and left him the bag of stale pretzel. I have stopped at Wills for years but will never stop or shop there again. Again, thanks for being so "not helpful".

Gas price was reasonable, bathrooms were super clean and staff was friendly. Much better than the 7 Eleven down the road that wouldn't let us use the restroom.

So, one of my friends, she swears by this place. Haha. I don't know if I've ever seen her, without a Will's pit stop soda mug. So, there's not much to say about this, besides it's a gas station and it has diesel at a few of the pumps... It also has a car wash, and vacuums, to help you clean stuff up Surprisingly though, I found that it had a pay phone... I hadn't seen one of these in years. Haha. But I doubt it still works (I was a bit too timid to try and find out)

Provo peeps, especially Timpview students (where my T-Birds at!?), know Will's Pit Stop is where it's at. Or at least it was back in the early 2000s. I'm sure the new hangout spot is much more instagrammable--dang kids these days. Will's is a gas station, though I rarely if ever actually filled up here. The convenience store is where we spent most our time. We'd pop in for a drink (the soda machine is fire...so many options) and a snack and to see who else was there/what everyone was up to that night. So there's definitely some personal biases based on nostalgia, buuut Will's is still a great spot for a beverage and snack while cruising around.

I have lived just down the street from Will's for my entire life and go there quite frequently. I feel like I've got a good grasp of what Will's does well and what they don't do well. 1. Great location as it's 1/2 convenient stores and gas stations before you head up Provo Canyon. The other place by the way is Will's Canyon stop. (Owned by the same people.) So this is the place to stop if you are headed up the canyon to get stuff. 2. The owners are super friendly and do a good job at keeping the place in good shape and clean enough. While this might sound d**** even when it comes to gas stations and convenient stores I like supporting local. The owners here have had it in their family for decades. 3. I would advise AGAINST their automatic car wash. The automatic isn't that good and somewhat expensive. Overall nice gas station. If the car wash was better or if they torn that down and put a dope food place or something, this could easily be a 5-star place. Right now they deserve 4.

CLEANEST BATHROOMS I'VE EVER SEEN. If that doesn't impress you I don't know what will. Friendly funny staff. Rack of birthday cards included sweet encouragement cards. Go there if you need a clean funny encouraging potty break. Also, they sell pre-made ice cream shakes, so that's cool.
