They took care of my daughters car that we just bought and did a great overall inspection. They found a number of issues with the car and even sent me a video of what they found. The people there were really nice and I recommend this place for car maintenance. They even do car emissions check for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately I have been disappointed by the LHM service department multiple times. This time I scheduled an appointment in advance online indicating that I needed a oil change and for them to look at my rear drivers side door (it wasn’t opening). When I dropped off the vehicle they said they had time to do the oil change, but didn’t know if they could get to the door. The online portal for LHM has caused many problems for me and will avoid using it in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Well when I paid and left I noticed check engine light was on so I went backTo tell the person my light was on the guy accused me saying yeah I noticedIt was on when I test drove it. I noticed it. But didn't mention it to me or check theCode when he noticed it. Well it ended up being the oil cap was on crooked . So I thoughtThere would be a apology no. So I asked him why he was he was trying to put it on me.He told me the conversation was over. This irritated me because. If he seen it whydidn't he mention it to me or check it when he seen it on. I've been coming here for several years, with Brent Hansen as my go to mechanic. Even though it's a Chevrolet dealership I've never actually brought a Chevrolet in. Brent has worked on my Honda, then my Jeep, now my Nissan - always well versed on whatever make of vehicle I bring to him. I've had oil changes done, tires put on, and random issues with my vehicles resolved always in a professional and timely manner.
