Nobody answers the phone when you call the branch, you can never find an account representatives at any Provo branch, they rarely ever return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. Very high fees.

Don't bank here. They have terrible customer service and are mean and rude. Especially Andy. He was very unprofessional and was not willing to help me.

The bank has 0 customer service. They will not admit to any mistakes and will tell you to call customer service which is impossible to get through. They will set your IRA up in branch but to change it or move it to another institution you will have to call “the IRA department” which is literally impossible to get a hold of!

If I could leave no stars or negative I would. I am from out of town without a branch near me. When I came into town I met with them to help set up the executorship for my dads estate. They copied all my documents and told me they would reach out soon. Over a month later I have called and emailed several times with no response. I even called the customer service number and nothing has come of it. During one of my hardest times I would hope a business would be here toSupport. Not make a family run around in circles trying to get help. I have never been more disappointed in a business or the people running it.

The team here was great, I did a ROTH and Traditional IRA rollover, and they took the time to make sure it was done well and correctly. If you read the negative reviews it sounds like there is one family that's written most of them, and they likely misunderstood something they were told. The staff here is great!

I wish you could put negative stars. The branch manager told me that my father could receive my mother's IRA. That was actually not true. He just failed to actually look it up. Then he went awol for over a year. I could not talk to him in the Provo Branch or the Orem Branch. He did not return emails. It was nearly impossible to get a human on their automated system. Then when the new manager set an appointment with me he did look it up and did not fix what the other person said. He said he would get back to me on Wednesday. That was two weeks ago. I have not heard from him. But I did get a call from my "customer advocate" who told me the same information the second bank manager told me but "said she couldn't get into how to fix it" and would not answer questions just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Save you and your loved ones the trouble of being disrespected, ignored and treated worse than any other bank ever and bank somewhere else. They had 2.8 stars before my rating and that is definitely too high. Find any other bank. I know that Wells Fargo has got a bad rep too but they have at least told me the truth and called back. They are a much better choice for the national banks, but really anything is better than Chase.

I would give lower than one star if I could. This Chase branch cannot be trusted to give accurate information to its account holders or fiduciaries. They are non-responsive to inquiries and disclaim all liability for their mistakes. I wouldn't trust them with my change from lunch.

I opened my account, they messed up with a form, the closed my account and my direct deposit was going to that account to they tell me to open a new one, I did and guess what my money haven’t been delivered to me, poor customer service that I’m getting today, I’m not leaving this bank without my money, and definitely closing my account and making my whole family and friends close it as well

Went in today for assistance with a restriction on my account. Was told they couldn't help today, so I set an appointment for tomorrow. I ended up being able to address the problem with Chase via phone. Now I don't need the appointment, so I call to cancel it. Can't even reach a live person to cancel an appointment. Tried calling 6+ times which went straight to an answering service without having the ability to leave a message to inform them I won't be needing the appointment. Which means the appointment won't be available for someone who could use it, like I could've used the appointment today. This experience should help convey the customer service quality, resources, and time management at this location.
