DO NOT BUY HERE.My experience has been the worst at this place, within 5 months I spent over $10,000 fixing the truck I brought from them. Everything was about to be broken from spark plugs to suspension when I brought it, and they didn’t do anything at all.I call countless times, I went to the shop several times and at the end the owner (Julio) won’t even call back the final answer all I got was WE DONT KNOW.DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Great dealer. Cesar is very fair, straight, open minded, and honest along with his staff; and easy to work with. What I really like, is that He is very up front about prices, nothing is hidden from you. If changes have to be made, He will tell you. Bought a 2019 Toyota Camry LE (A car I've been wanting for a while now) at a great price. I definitely recommend coming here and getting to know the staff. You'll be happy with your vehicle, and you will be glad you came.

It was a really good experience, I usually get a little worried, because I don’t know anything about cars, but they make it easier to pick and they helped me with my random questions.Over all they have a great service and affordable prices.

We had a great experience with this dealership, they listened to what we were looking for and helped us get a good deal within our budget.

I just bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee! I still can't believe the prices. This dealerships was very fair with me on price. The process was very easy. Brian was very nice to work with. I like that he just gave me the keys and let me drive. Other salesmen insist on riding in the car with me and talking my ear off when I'm trying to put a car through its paces. I definitely recommend checking this dealership out if you are in the Provo area they had a great selection.

I bought a used car with 4 known issues. AC wasn’t working, steering was loose, tire pressure sensor light was on, and one of the proximity sensors in the front bumper was dangling. Before signing any agreement they put air in all the tires and fixed the dangling proximity sensor. They refilled my AC and added a dye to identify if there are any leaks. They ordered the part needed to repair my steering. They added the ac and steering to the dealer warranty as part of our agreement.I bought the car and drove it home. The ac was working but we expected the refrigerant to leak out, hence the dye and the warranty. It did.I took the car back about a week after purchase and they have it now. They are trying to fix the AC and are supposed to have received the steering part. They’ve had my car for 6 days now.I’m very happy that they are repairing the vehicle. And the car itself is good quality otherwise and I believe was priced well. During the buying process they have been pretty good. The downside to this dealership and the reason for the 3 star rating is they are reallllly bad at answering the phone or answering text messages or replying to messenger messages (I originally found the car in FB marketplace and our communication started in messenger).I’ve been trying to get ahold of them sense yesterday morning and have reached out on all three and now at the EOD I still haven’t heard back and they are seemingly ignoring my calls. Very frustrating. I just want to know the status of my car. I’m excited to have it but am left in the dark as to status or timeline.Update:It’s now been a little over a month since I purchased the car and the AC still isn’t fixed. They have finally, as of last week, and after my frequent reminders, ordered the AC part. If I had not called several times a week I’m convinced they would never have ordered the part for the AC. I’ll update this after they install the part.I brought the car back to the dealer 3 times complaining that the low tire pressure light kept coming back on. They kept adding air but never fixed the leak. So I gave up and plugged the hole myself fallowing YouTube video. Fingers crossed that works. After they fixed the steering I started noticing a quiet clicking sound when going over bumps coming from under the car somewhere. It has been getting louder and louder and now sounds like something is shifting around and loose. They say they’ll look at this when they repair the AC. But my experience tells me they’ll either forget or simply don’t care enough to follow through.Ultimately I think the owner Cesar is a good guy with good intentions. But there is a communication breakdown between him and Brian (his main assistant) and the customer. I don’t think he is fully aware just how poor my experience has been. I’ve tried to explain but he seems to defend Brian instead of hearing my issues.Hoping the AC and loose clunking noise get fixed soon. I’ll update later.

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!!!They sold a car to my husband and right after a couple of days we started having issues. My husband contacted them and they just kept passing the call along. Even the owner told him he couldn’t do anything and to contact the person that sold him the car (his employee). They were disrespectful and unprofessional the whole time. My husband decided to just take it to a mechanic as he was tired of trying to get answers from them and them continuously being disrespectful. Turns out the car had more issues than we expected to the point where the car engine needs to be replaced. They told us when we bought it, that it had a 3 month warranty. It’s been less than 3 months and of course they are now saying they can only cover $1,000 which doesn’t ever cover the labor cost. Completely disgusted of how they run their business and after reading all the 1 star reviews I now know they didn’t only do this to us. And they will probably reply with “we offered you to bring a mechanic to check it before buying it”. But who would’ve known they were this dishonest. READ THE REVIEWS FROM HERE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. I doubt their 5 star reviews are even real…

Honest people, they did their job. We had a small misunderstanding caused by bad communication from them to the DMV, and I didn't like the way the owner of the dealer escalated the argument really for no reason. But disregarding the random insults, they did do their job. I recommend them as a good dealer to buy cars.

These guys sell trucks saying they are fixed back to good working order. They do not fix everything. They fix things just enough to make it look fixed. I bought a truck from them and found out the entire axle housing was bent and they refuse to do their part to make it right.Edited: I actually was never offered an extended warranty and was told it still carried a warranty. This place is very very shady. Do business at your own risk but I highly suggest going else where.

We bought a car from Cesar three years ago for a great price. We did our due diligence and had the car inspected by a mechanic before purchasing it. Everything checked out, so we bought it. Three years later and it's running great! Cesar and his staff were great to work with and willing to answer any questions we had. They even took care of some minor cosmetic issues before we bought the car. Would recommend!

Had a good sales experience but since have had nothing but issues with the car. Non functional AC, parts falling off, and a headlight has all stopped working since picking up the car in December.

**BUYER BEWARE**We had high hopes, but in the end, it turned out to be the stereotypical used-car buying experience. About a week after driving the car off the lot, any excitement that was felt initially was overshadowed by the error codes that showed up on the screen. (Attached) We found out that the car needed thousands of dollars in repairs. To highlight the experience, we found that the local staff (or their shady "mechanic") reset the codes on the computer to clear the history that would have indicated an error at the time of purchase. When questioned about their unethical business practices, they just quoted that there is no warranty and how they are protected by used car laws in Utah. They are dishonest and don't care about their reputation, referrals, or repeat customers. If you need to buy a car, go to a real dealership that will stand behind their product.Response to the owner:I called to explain the situation and gave you a chance to make it right and you were pretty quick to hide behind the used car laws in Utah. I don't believe that its just a crazy coincidence that after driving the car for less than 200 miles the error codes showed up, so yes I think its fair to say that someone cleared the history that would have indicated an issue.I'm quite aware of the risk associated with purchasing a used car. (But thanks for the reminder) Consumers expect that there might be something that needs to be repaired. The mistake wasn't opting not to buy the extended warranty, it was trusting that you weren't hiding known issues from customers.
