This review is for those buying a rebuilt title vehicle for the first time. It was my first time and I wouldn't do it again without being very very careful with getting the vehicle checked out first. It's easy to get excited when you find what you want at a good price and overlook things only to find out the issues after you get it home. I bought a 2017 Ridgeline that looked good but discovered multiple issues after I got home. First was the radiator was just sitting in there unsecured, had to 3D print new posts and jb weld them (thankfully have a brother in law who is an engineer). Second the wiring harness that has the ambient temp sensor was damaged (this is a front end collision rebuild) so ambient temp sensor wasn't even there which not only causes display inside to be incorrect, but the AC doesn't run the right temperature when this isn't functioning. It's disclosed that these purchases are as is without warranty, and Cesar and everyone there is super nice and responsive, but I just want to warn anyone making a first rebuilt purchase to be more careful than me. I would have spent more for a clean title vehicle that hasn't been in a wreck because of all the extra time and money it will take to get this working correctly. Also I found insurance was WAY more for rebuilt, again on me for not researching more carefully.

I do not recommend buying here and if you are going to do so, first run it for a good distance and then check the transmission oil.

Super dishonest. Don’t go here. I should’ve listened to my neighbors. Super shady!

We bought a ford pickup from these guys earlier this year. It was salvaged title. Edward assured us there was minimal damage and only to the rear. When we test drove it, we noticed the speaker didn’t work. They said they’d look at it and replace some trim on the bed over the weekend and have it ready for us. They also said they’d store it in the garage there for us. So we bought it. Big mistake. I showed up to pick it up and they had it outside all weekend with the doors unlocked. There was no one there when we arrived an hour after they were supposed to open. The hadn’t fixed anything. They said they fixed the bed trim, but someone had put double sided tape on it that wasn’t working. Cesar santos promised to replace it and would call when the part arrived. They haven’t called. That was in may. It’s December. When I’ve called they ghost me. When I call from a different number they get flustered and make up excuses. They say they’ll call. They lie. They don’t call. Also, on the way home that first day, I noticed air coming through the passenger door. I took it in and the local ford dealer said it had structural damage to the passenger side that was affecting the door alignment. I confronted Cesar santos and they would not fix the door despite being dishonest about the damage. Just don’t feel they are trustworthy.
I’m adding this 7/2024:
Just had this truck into a respected body shop. They showed me how much damage there truly was as opposed to what Cesar santos showed in a was minimal surface damage. It was exponentially worse than they claimed. Cesar santos will lie to you. They are dishonest and they will not keep their promises. Beware!

Cesar and Brian were very nice. But Cesar told me that the $18k truck he was selling was the cleanest he’d ever seen for the year 2013 and a clean title.
First The truck wouldn’t start. After jumping the truck the transmission wouldn’t shift up or down and would clank. The interior was clean, but mechanically what a mess. Cleanest truck ever? Buyer be warned, there’s nothing clean on this lot.

Bought a Ford F150 Raptor and noticed the intercooler looked correctly positioned and undamaged, but it wasn't properly reinstalled after an accident. I wouldn't suggest buying unless you're prepared to take apart the damaged area to confirm it was repaired properly and safely.

We have been searching for a Ford Expedition for years and finally found the perfect one at Cesar Santo’s dealership. The entire buying experience was fantastic, and we truly felt like part of the family. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Honda Ridgeline today. Bryan and Cesar were straight forward and friendly. No pressure and accommodating. I shopped around and found the best price with Cesar. The paper work process was quick with Bryan. I will buy again.

Great dealer. Cesar, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Bryan was my sales rep, and he was a very non-pressure sales guy. Prices and cars are great!

Whoever runs your business page needs to be checked, it’s EXTREMELY unprofessional to tell the customers with bad experiences writing reviews that it’s their fault for what’s happening to them. It’s a BUSINESS….. how embarrassing!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bought a truck from them a couple months back after the salesman assured me it had gone through a "multi point inspection" and shouldn't need any repairs.
A week after buying it, the truck randomly started shutting down (still haven't figured this out), so I took it to a shop, who informed me the breaks were also about to go out.
I called the salesman back and asked him why I wasn't told the breaks were out, to which he responded "well, you should have had a mechanic check before you bought it."
That escalate things, so I pulled a "Karen" and talked to one if the owners who agreed to fix them.... only, they didn't.
I'm driving home and a few days later and smoke stats billowing out of the front, so I took the car BACK to my usual shop and discovered they only replaced the front pads, and that the break disc's also needed to be replaced (what caused it to smoke).
Their dishonesty is astounding. Again, you've been warned.
UPDATE: A week after writing this review, I just found out that the shocks are going out too... which is a $1200.00 repair.
UPDATE #2 few weeks later, coolant leak, serpentine belt, and some other issues. Exact quote from the mechanic I went to "They clearly don't inspecting theirs vehicles at all. They flat-out lied if they said there were no issues."
Also, some of the sensors the salesman said would be covered by the warranty aren't. I've now dropped over $2,000 in repairs, not including the shocks that need to be replaced.
Update 11/4/21: Had a meeting with one of the owners, MAX, who informed me that the salesman who sold me the truck had actually been fired, but refused to do anything and told me the thousands in repairs I had to do is just "normal maintenance".
When I asked him how his so-called inspections missed so many things, he basically laughed it off, and tried to say that it's not his problem because he doesn't check the trucks himself. Then, I kid you not, this clown literally compared himself to Elon Musk and said he wasn't going to do anything, and said "I'm not giving to any money back."
FINAL UPDATE: I took them to small claims court and guess what... Despite Max being cocky and saying "I'm not going to give you any money back..." He had to settle, and gave me money back, because it was very clear I was going to win if it went to a hearing.
This dealership is disgusting.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

I arrived at the lot to look at a Toyota Tacoma they had advertised. I climbed underneath the truck and observed a 3 inch long rust gap that was starting to deteriorate The frame on the passenger side. These trucks are known to bend in half due to this issue, this one slip through the cracks and never had a new frame, put under it. When I mentioned it to this salesman He said.
That only happens on 4 runners. I understand it's your job to lie your a car salesman. Maybe try to curb this habit when somebody knows what they're talking about. Do not.
Urinate on my shoe and try to convince me that it's raining.
