Have been living here for a year. The apartments are old, but management is truly kind, and care about their residents. The ward is awesome too!

Incapable Management; not holding up their end of the lease agreement regarding Tenant Rules and unresponsive to complaints/repairs. Living conditions are poor and rooms lack hygiene. Recommend not living here.

We requested the maintenance in the morning and they came sometime later in the afternoon. We are so grateful to live here. Also, we requested a few things and when the maintenance came by, he saw something else that needed to be fixed and he did fixed it without waiting for us to ask.
