Been bowling here for years for classes and such but the machines here are so outdated. The ball return gets stuck on (literally) every bowl on some lanes and we have to call the manager over, the oil patterns are unpredictable and kinda shotty, the balls are worn out and need to be replaced, and for a bowling alley that caters to primarily college students that live on a budget it’s a lil pricey. Overall, this place has a lot of potential, and would be a lot better if it received attention from BYU. Newer machines and replaced bowling balls would go a long way. The workers are nice though!

My little boys love to bowl, especially one of my four-year-olds (he's a twin). We've gone bowling here about 4 times this summer, and we were in the area so I stopped by again because they begged for it. My kids have special needs (autism) so once we have a plan, they can't easily be told something else. Anyway, it was near closing time on a weekday, and I got to the front desk and realized my credit card wasn't in my purse. I was by myself with my three kids and didn't know what to do. The people at the front counter were super understanding and given the extenuating circumstance allowed us to bowl anyway. My kids were a bit of a handful on top of it, but staff were very patient. Shout out of Kate and Tyler for being really awesome and accommodating. We'll be back, thank you!

It's a decent place to go bowling. Sometimes it gets a little crowded but usually not. Prices are decent.

Don’t ever come here. We had to pay an extra $5 because my special needs sister accidentally threw a bal into someone else’s lane. This is unbelievable. This Karen made us have the worst bowling night of our lives. Please do not come here there are so many better places to bowl that have better customer service. She also denied us the right to pay with a credit card that was unfortunately broken. She accused us of steeling the credit card and wouldn’t let us pay even though it had our name on it. This place is the worst. I repeat do not come here.

unbelievable! I paid for a game and it shut off at half of the game and didn’t let me finish. I went and talked to the cashier and they said it was my problem basically. I had just gotten a strike and so I never got to get my final score.

Had an amazing time at BYU Bowling! The lanes were top-notch, and the place was impeccably clean. It's a perfect spot for a fun and relaxed date night. Staff was friendly, too. ?? #DateNightGoals

Had fun bowling with the kids and cousins today. The lanes were nice, my bowling game was good...I am up to bowling 85. The last time I bowled a year ago I bowled a 75, so yes I am getting better.

Such a fun place to take your friends and family. It’s never super crowded and the prices are very fair for what they offer. If you are serious about bowling and want to hook your ball at all this isn’t the place. These lanes are drier than my Mutual account.

My wife had a very bad experience with the desk workers today (Michael and Bryan). They offered extremely poor customer service. It makes me sad that these two young men are representing such an iconic part of Brigham Young University.
