Had a leak in my windshield washer system. They diagnosed it as the washer pump but because the part was a dealer only item, they didn't charge me for the diagnosis.
They were quick too. Thank you for making my experience quick and painless.

The staff at Burt Brothers in Provo is going to be my go to service shop from now on. After having a bad experience I had my car towed to this location. They were so friendly and immediately made me feel taken care of. Within hours they not only had my car diagnosed they had fixed the problem. They were fantastic to work with and made sure to keep me in the loop with everything they were doing. When I got the bill it was cheaper than I was expecting. If you have any tire, or mechanical needs, Burt brothers is where you should go.

Amazing service. I came to get Tires and have a few other things checked out. There was a small miscommunication, but Edgar handled it so much better than I had anticipated. I was incredibly impressed with how it was handled. 10/10

I want to start with they did get us in quickly. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Edgar though. I work in customer service and even when people are sassy there’s no reason to be sassy back, especially if you want my business. I also called around other places nearby to compare prices of the same service and I was overcharged by $100 here. Please do better.
