At first I thought this place would be great, but each time I went in I was disappointed so I'm not going back anymore. They were very disorganized and charged me for services I didn't ask for. The last time I went in, they said my car was fixed, but the lights came back on soon thereafter so I took it back and they said they actually hadn't been able to fix it but still charged me for it. I would not recommend.

Called and asked for a time and price estimate for my problem. I had a decent idea what was wrong with my car, and they took my word for it giving me the price for parts and labor. Got the bill and it was as they said it would be. The transparency was absolutely unmatched by every other autoshop I called.
They said to bring in my car the following day, but having taken the morning off work anyway I had the car towed that day and they were willing to work with me.
Got to my car exactly when they said they would, fixed my problem, and didn’t try and upsell me on any needless bells and whistles. They even told me of problems I should go fix on my own instead of charging me through the roof.
Best autoshop in town, guaranteed.

Was buying a new car, and wanted it looked over by a mechanic first. These guys were great. Got me in when nobody else would. Great guys. (All the model planes hanging from the ceiling were fun to look at as well!)

These mechanics are miracle workers. I was in need of a new alternator, and they ordered and installed the part in less than 2 hours. They prioritize YOU. I even got a price reduction on the part!

I always recommend Ray to anyone around Provo! He has helped me out a lot as a college student— he installed my air filter for me at no cost which meant a lot to someone that knows nothing about cars. He is so friendly and remembers his customers well. I always trust him to only do what needs to be fixed and not upcharge me for anything else!
