The customer service I usually receive from every branch and the customer service phone support has always been painfully terrible. I visited this branch today for the first time, fully expecting to close everything after just years and years of the worst customer service and absolutely clueless and impudent employees. Front desk employee was very friendly, and Tim, the Branch Manager, helped me with my loan refinance questions and was very friendly, super helpful, and took the time to walk me through several options. A complete 180 from what my experiences with AFCU have always been. ?? I was in and out in a fraction of the time I was expecting, based on previous experiences.
Basically, Tim and the Provo Freedom team are the bomb. They've completely redeemed AFCU for me and earned my business long-term. Thank you!

The new video teller setup is horrible! They couldn’t read my id on the glass, so they ended the link and asked me to connect again. I sat there for about a minute and the screen just showed “one moment please”. I ended up having to go inside, it’s stupid to have a drive through and not have a normal option to send in the request. Go to a normal one.

We've been here for multiple banking services in the past month. Got added to my husband's account, got a credit card, got a car loan, even cashiers checks for sending our passports in for renewal. In the past month we've worked with about 10 different individuals (tellers and loan officers) and all were attentive, informed, helpful, cheerful, and quick. Highly recommend banking with AFCU, and especially their Provo branch.

Not sure what bank all the 1-star reviewers went to, because this is a great branch. They rebuilt it at the end of 2023 and the new building is really nice. I've had great experiences every time I've gone here. They're respectful, fast, and very helpful.

The tellers were friendly but there was a long line of customers. Instead of helping out, the manager was discussing golf with another worker while one other worker was sitting at his desk scrolling on his phone. Very unprofessional experience with the exception of the teller

Was waiting to talk to someone for 20 min no one even ask me what do I need it two people where seating at there desk with no customers worse service ever. Teller was just having a conversation with a coworker really I don’t want this people to handle my money business.

Terrible service, we were told it was a 10-15min wait so we waited. But once they were available they kept fooling around and then told us it was another 30min wait. Horrible communication and lack of professionalism.

Absolutely the worst bank ever. My husband’s card has been hacked 6 times in 6 months. They don’t do anything to notify us that it has been locked so we go to use it and is says declined. They won’t do anything to help us figure out why it keeps getting hacked. Their customer service is not helpful and they are rude when explaining things. Never had a good experience with them. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Their apps not working so I went to deposit 2 checks into our checking account that were from my mom to pay for baby supplies. I said 3 times I wanted it to go to checking and the teller put it towards our credit card. And now they are saying they can’t reverse it cause it will hurt our credit even though it’s their fault! Never going back to this location. That is unacceptable when it’s their fault not to fix it.
