This a 10 star service and store. I was wanting a repair on an electric piano, and no one seemed to repair non acoustic ones. multiple businesses recommended Alpine to me and I'm glad they did. Their pricing is reasonable and service is top notch. The service person even wore shoe covers at home. He was able to fix the issue in no time. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for electronic repair now! P.s. even though it says burien, they service a wide area. My service was in downtown Seattle

I recently purchased a used TV that did not work when I turned it on. Alpine was quickly able to diagnose the issue and install a replacement panel that returned the TV to like new condition. They did all of this for a very reasonable price and the communication was excellent. They've earned my trust and will be my go-to for any future electronics-related repairs.

I recently had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Alpine Electric. Their responsiveness and efficiency were unparalleled when my dryer malfunctioned. Alex, the electrician, demonstrated exceptional expertise and unparalleled kindness, diagnosing the issue promptly and sourcing the hard-to-find parts immediately. Moreover, the customer service exceeded all expectations; the staff member I interacted with over the phone was extraordinarily supportive and helpful. Alpine Electric truly stands out as a paragon of excellence in the field of electronic repairs. I cannot praise this local, small-owned business enough. They deserve more than five stars for their outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Electric to anyone requiring electronic repair services. Their commitment to excellence is a rare find in today's world.

I had a 2 year old LG OLED 65" with power problems. Video Only recommended Alpine for the the repair and I'm glad they did! Called and got a general estimate, scheduled an appointment and the technician came on time. He quickly confirmed the diagnosis and repaired the TV quickly and within the quoted amount.

These guys are amazing. Very kind and professional. We’re able to fix my remote control quickly and didn’t want to charge me for the work but I insisted. Please disregard the negative reviews. This is an old school small business run by great people. Honestly wish we had more businesses like this around. Don’t hesitate to visit with your electronic repair needs.

Alex of Alpine tackled the job of replacing the main board on my new Yamaha CVP809GP. A friendly guy, knowledgeable and patient. My piano is working again, and before he wrapped up and hit the road, he took the time to show how to keep things running smoothly. Thanks Alex!

Really love these guys! Professional & friendly, thorough & considerate, efficient & flexible when it benefits the customer…and good at their job with a proper level of honesty (humble - not arrogant). Follow through was excellent, as well.

My washer started leaking every time I used it. I called Alpine Electronics about it and they shuffled their schedule so they could come out at the end of the day after their scheduled calls. They were polite, professional, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and prompt. They saved the day and I am a customer for life for all my electronic repair needs. This is a company everyone should have on speed dial. Thank you Alpine Electronics team for your help and professional service.

Got referred through the awful and lengthy customer service process with LG, and as soon as Alpine got the ticket the president Hossein called me the very same day. He had Eduardo come out just a couple of hours later, and when Eduardo realized he didn’t have the right part for the fix in his truck, he went all the way back to the shop and returned immediately!! He was smart, knowledgeable, quick, and an all around great guy.Waited more than a week for LG, and waited just a couple of hours for Alpine for a complete fix. These people know what they’re doing— thanks guys!!

He fixed my older Go Sonic player. CD, DVD and VHS combo. The sound is crisp and no longer skips. He showed me how hook up the analog or digital to my TV. Happy.

Called to see how much it would be to get a couple pedestal fans fixed. Was told bring them in today and there would be no charge to look at them then the cost of fixing them would be determined at that point. My husband went this morning and now the same gentlemen said it was $28 per fan to even look at them. Very much a bait and switch place of business, would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I contacted the business owner to inquire about TV repair. He kindly called me back, asked for a video of my tv and the problem, and took some time to diagnose the problem. This was in December 2021. It's August 2022, and have not heard a WORD from him. He says he moved out from Utah, but says he travels frequently back and forth. I waited MONTHS for him, because he promised to have the parts, and sounded reliable; like he really knew what he was talking about. Nothing. No calls, nothing. It would be appreciative, kind and professional to notify a paying customer regarding a status. I had to eventually buy a new TV, and could have saved the hundreds of dollars I paid if this person would have ONLY kept his word - his promise to fix my TV. Not good. Not good AT ALL.

Does a sloppy job, losing screws, forgetting to connect sensors, resulted in my dryer worse than before. I called back originally just asking why my dryer still doesn't work not knowing how sloppy they did the job, and they said to go through LG and file another claim instead of just sending someone out to fix their mistakes.Originally, they came to fix my dryer through LG warranty dispatch. After taking everything apart and putting back together, my dryer worked even worse than before. It stopped running after 2 minutes, which is why the tech thought things were fine and just left. A few days later after discovering dryer turns off after 2 minutes, I called these guys back, and they said they already submitted the claim to LG and had me submit another claim (basically they'd get double pay from LG for this job). I submitted a claim, and this time an LG direct service person came and actually fixed the issue. Turns out the Alpine Electronics tech didn't connect the drying sensor, which is why dryer thinks things are dry and just turns off. The LG person replaced a couple screws because they were missing after Alpine Electronics tech took my dryer apart.Sloppy work, customer service is polite but doesn't actually solve things. You'll get more headache having them fix things.
