Very nice clean and great airport! Everyone was extremely friendly including the tsa. It's fairly easy and quick to get through and super cozy. They do have a kids room as well and plenty of amenities including family bathrooms and places to eat. The food was good and has large portions.

Nice small airport so easy and fast. However the workers need to be more professional. I think the workers boarding people and scanning their boarding passes should not be eating ships and crackers in everyone's faces and then touching everything with their food hands :/

This was the best rental experience I've ever had! Their prices were very competitive and we were able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time and our car was ready minutes after we showed up. It was clean and just as expected. Most of all, I can't say enough good about Desiree, she was absolutely amazing and made the experience SO easy! We would definitely rent from here again.

They wound get no stars if it was an option. Incompetent. They are paying people to stand around. No signage or employees with any knowledge of where anything is. The airport is pretty but the people working there including the local police are incompetent!

Small airport with bare bones amenitiesThe flights are impacting the security line. Previous experiences about 15 min wait and next experience hour wait. I planned to get here over an hour before my flight and with one security lineSo, plan accordingly. Saw lots of people miss their flight.You will not be getting food or rental services like you would expect at most airports-so new peeps flying through here that's a heads up. Breeze has been more positive to fly on then allegiant in my experience. So, all considering nothing terrible for the cost of the flight flying in and out of here

Cannot say enough good things about A to B Rentals and Desiree! First time renting a car and she went above and beyond to make the whole experience simple and took care of everything. Amazing service, highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service. There was a hiccup with the rental and Desiree literally met up with us at 12:00 AM to make it right. She switched us out with a larger vehicle at no additional charge. She was patient with me our whole interaction and the car ended up being great for my family vacation! Will 100% use again!

Very small airport with a beautiful view of the mountains no matter where you look. Airlines such Allegient fly here. Parking lot is fairly small, but accommodating and near the entrance so not a far walk. Some vending machines, but not much else. Standing room mostly once inside for the most part. There is some seating, but could use more. Drop off and pick up is easy in and out for picking up friends and family.

Bad customer service!They don’t have employees at the counter, I had to call them. I had to wait 45 extra minutes at the airport.They took money from the warranty without explanation or with a reason.Not knowing me, they asked many times to bring the car cleaned, disrespectful people!I never had this kind of inconvenient with other car rent companies around the country!

I flew back to the Provo airport on Christmas Eve from Arizona to find my car blocked in between two cars. You can only imagine the frustration in wanting to get home for the holiday. I went inside the airport and asked the officer on duty for help. I was so impressed by the officer on duty as well as the manager on duty outside. I believe his name was Trevor. As frustrating as this could have been they were so kind and friendly by accommodating me in getting out of my situation. The two of them definitely get a five star rating in customer service. I look forward to coming back to travel at the Provo Airport facility. Very nice facility!! Thank you!

Super convenient. I flew into the Provo airport, their booth was right by the luggage claim and they got me to my car quickly. Nice cleans cars.

Not only are they friendly , fast and experienced but the vehicles are spot on & well maintained. That is key for me when traveling with my child. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better company to go through and will be going back again! Thanks for the amazing service!!!?
