Everything was perfectly fine before new people took over running the store and now everything is broken. They are moving everything around. The soda machine ( which is the most popular part of a gas station ) has been broken for 2 weeks. The people that used to work there were always happy to see everyone but now everyone just seems bummed out, and I don't blame them.

I have been coming to this location almost daily for two years. This week a new owner and complete new staff has started. It is a disaster. It is disorganized, dirty and staff ignores customers. I ask if they could fill up the soda syrup and the guy said yes but then walked away and hid behind some shelf’s for 10 min and then when I tried to ask him again he ignored me and walked away and acted like I was not there. Maybe it was the headphones he had in? There also was a supplier there and I was talking to them, and they were saying how poor and disorganized the store had become and how rude they were. I would avoid this location unfortunately. Sad to see a good location go downhill so fast.

The customer service provided was unacceptable. Upon entering the store on August 7, 2024, at 09:10 AM, Jairon was engrossed in his phone conversation and failed to acknowledge my presence. When I attempted to make a payment, I was compelled to wait for him to end looking at his phone. Despite my payment, he continued to use his phone throughout the transaction.

Hellen charged me the price of a new soda drink, for my refill. She argued that the price was the same at all 7-11 stores!! She then slandered my character!!! Which pisses me off!!! The only way I return to the store is if that lying crooked lady is terminated!! As a lawyer, I am half tempted to sue this location for slander!! Hellen must be terminated, to avoid any legal costs!

Needed to do some “business” and came here because it is 24 hours. The door was locked though, and as I was turning around to leave I saw an employee trying to hide. Well the “business” was going to happen so I had do the work by the dumpster.

Drew is the absolute best overnight employee ever! He makes sure everything is clean and has the best attitude! I go there every morning to get my coffee and he makes me laugh and makes me smile! 100/10

I pay a monthly subscription to be a gold pass member for 7-Eleven Now. I love the perks, and racking up points to use.However, why is it that everytime I order on the app I get my order and there is always items missing. Not just one, or two. Multiple!I order on Friday or Saturday nights when my kids have friends over. Or we have a movie night. It's not fun handing out treats and someone's isn't there.I try to call the store and get "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time", I call DoorDash who is the company they use to deliver and they do absolutely nothing!Well it looks like I'm going to cancel my Gold pass, and I'll go to the store and get the treats.At least then I'm not getting ripped off!

Gas pump asked me way too many questions before I could start pumping. The screen also took like 3-5 seconds to load between each input. Makes it a much slower process than it needs to be.
