A group of friends and I went to get drinks and the employees helicoptered us the whole time as if we were teenagers there to cause trouble. They even asked if we were going to purchase anything implying we were loitering or stealing. Once we purchased our drinks and went outside to talk by our cars two different employees came outside to tell us to leave, we were outside less than 10 minutes, out of the way. They made us feel like children causing trouble but we were adults casually getting sodas. :/

Pretty rude employees. Bought items and were chatting outside for only a few minutes and we were told to leave because we were loitering and had been there too long when it was only 15 mins total we had been there.

Very poor customer service. We were getting slurpees and the staff came over to us and very rudely told us to hurry up. After leaving they came outside and said, "if you're gonna stand here and talk, move down over there." Then they came back and said, "No littering. Leave." Even though we had purchased something. We were there for a total of 15 minutes. Very unprofessional.

I hate going to that store. the manager, Raj wastes so much so much of my time, trying to sell me 10 other things than just the soda I wanna buy. Then I put my phone number in to get the rewards now I get at least 10 telemarketing phone calls a day

I just took my daughter and my dogs in the store. My dogs are very well behaved and the cashier stood in front of my dog in a threatening manner and had a stare down for no reason. Of course my dog didn't realize but I did. Why do you have to be so nasty? And then I ask you about it and you say you're just tired... If somebody treated you and your family like that, I hope you would stand up for them. And you know exactly who I am, that's the point. Please if you're going to work in customer service have some manners. This was October 29th Sunday morning the graveyard shift

So me and my wife go into this store all the time, today for whatever reason we go into the store and get accused of stealing from the store because we put items back and said we would come back in a minute to buy them. When we went back to the store within ten minutes and this time with our children I get confronted about this "prpblem" in front of my daughter being told that me and my wife are stealing. Now personally if someone is stealing cops are involved. And that's never been the case. This is all happening because of a person named Rayel who previously openly spoke to another employee about how her and her boyfriend were both using meth and she was only a week clean. All of this was said while in the bathroom where my wife was and had overheard all of it. I don't mind people saying what they want about me behind my back, cowards act cowardly, as we all know. But unfortunately my daughters had to hear from a manager at this store that their dad is a thief. And even though this isn't true I think that some truth should come to light and that is that apparently this establishment is alright with hiring and believing people who openly discuss their drug use in their store. So maybe the reason all of this happened is because the employee in question, Rayel, is high off her mind. Maybe management should think about that before blurting out in front of someone's child that they are a thief.

I've been a frequent customer of their $5 deal for 10 Buffalo Wings. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has often been disappointing, as I tend to receive incomplete orders or inedible pieces. I kindly asked the owner (Raj) to ensure each wing was a proper piece, but when I received my order, I discovered a subpar wing portion hidden at the bottom. When I pointed this out to the owner, their response was dismissive, simply stating, "You only paid $5!" Despite my polite request for whole and edible wings, I still felt shortchanged. It seems as though they believe customers who take advantage of their promotional deals don't deserve complete, quality servings. If you choose to order this deal, I recommend counting and inspecting each piece to ensure you get your money's worth.
Additionally, I've visited this establishment a few times during the evening, and my interactions with an older woman working the night shift have been less than pleasant. When I ordered chicken wings, she scowled and expressed her displeasure, saying, "You're going to make me cook?!" I was at a loss for words, considering they are the ones offering hot food for sale. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, their response was dismissive, merely stating, "It's hard to find good employees."
It's disappointing that both the owner and the staff seem unwilling to address customers' concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. I hope they will take this feedback into consideration and make improvements to ensure a better experience for future patrons.
