The theaters are always clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and they’ve added luxury seating to most of their theaters which we love.

My family and I are longtime customers and supporters of your theater...However, I'm changing my review!I'm very very disappointed in the Providence Megaplex theater and (Megaplex Corp)...We went to the opening of Staw Wars Phantom Menace... Myself and saon plus his friends all had our lightsabers to lightup at the start of the movie...just like we seen on line at other theaters... fans screaming and cheering for the start of the movie...However, Providence Megaplex theater "DOES NOT" allow you to have fun at a premiere like that?????!!!!!!????They wouldn't let a young man wear his Stars Wars helmet, and they won't let you wear makeup???? I was going to paint my face like Darth Maul, I had per bought my ticket so I would have been pissed if I would have had to drive home to wash my face!!! Glad I only had to take my lightsaber to my car...Our movie was at 10:10 pm... so so sad they won't let people have fun and celebrate theater.They said they are a family theater, they won't even let little kids dress-up ????Wong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong ?...It just was so disappointing ?

I absolutely love visiting your movie theaters! They are always impeccably clean, with not a single shoe sticking to the floor. The infectious energy of the staff adds to my excitement, and I feel like I'm about to embark on a thrilling adventure every time I step inside. It's a blissful escape into a world of popcorn, soda, and pure movie magic! Keep up the fantastic work!

Our theater was small, but it only has access to the aisle from one side. So, on the computer you thought you were getting an aisle seat but you were actually 12 seats in, against the wall. Mediocre seating, mediocre sound.

Clean, friendly, fun!Costly concessions, but that's a movie theatre for ya! I do appreciate that they give paper bags for sharing popcorn.We visit here frequently and it's always a good experience.

Saw Friday Night At Freddy's, it was excellent, would recommend!Great seats, Luxury is heaven, but a nice seat in the Goldilocks section--not too far back, not too close--is great too!The staff that helped me get tickets and popcorn was helpful in getting the right showing and refilled my popcorn, you guys rock!Thanks for all you do?Quick side note, they don't give you your receipt, so be sure to ask for it, if you'd like it.
