Working with this shop has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a transmission from them and was told it had 60k miles but the invoice I received said 96k. When i confronted them about this, I was told it was a “typo”. But if it was an honest typo, they would be happy to cooperate and show me the proof of the mistake but it’s been nothing but lie after lie. Both Tanner(front desk) and Kevin(manager) have lied to me and have both told me two different stories and made up multiple excuses as to why they can’t get me the paperwork regarding the transmission and correct mileage even though I have files of evidence of their dishonesty towards me and the situation. They also allowed me to take my car knowing it had an exhaust leak, which they caused when putting in the transmission, I’m hoping it hasn’t done more damage. I will be seeking legal action for the lies this shop has told and the evidence I have to prove how dishonest this shop is.

These guys are great, always honest, they do good work and have always taken great care of my vehicles. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Amazing service. I live out of state and my daughter is attending school in Logan. Justin communicated TONS, service was amazing, scheduled an appointment and they were quick to diagnose the vehicle. I felt like Justin enjoys his job and respects everyone he works with.

Took my 2010 BMW X5 30I here on 04/03/24. Car has 118K on it and like any aging BMW it likes to go through your wallet. Justin was very helpful and patient. Went above and beyond to explain and help. Prices were not bad considering the car and what needs to be done. Gave me ride home while working on my car. Front desk area looked clean and professional. Overall, my impressions of the shop and staff are good. Will be returning a few days later to finalize some work on the car.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Dallas is amazing to work with. However I have absolutely no respect for Tanner and how he treated my boyfriend and his vehicle. We have had to bring it back in 3 times in less than a year! He had his rear differential redone, and they put old parts in with new parts without getting authorization. Then when we've tried to call to get it fixed, Tanner has avoided and ignored every phone call we have made. He then "locked the keys in the truck" resulting in my boyfriend leaving work to go unlock it only to find out it had been moved and nobody knew where it or the keys were. No refund was offered or any attempts to correct the unprofessional behavior of Tanner or the unprofessional way our vehicle was treated. Unacceptable behavior from the "parts manager" definitely would not recommend letting Tanner do any work or order parts for your vehicle as you will get broken or used parts and told it's fixed.

The service is great. They are honest, friendly, helpful, and explain everything. Just make sure to call for an appointment before going in.

I took my car into Master Mechanic because my car all the sudden just started dying. I had no idea what was going on. They are literally just down the road from my house. I stopped in and they were already very busy, but they said they could look at later in the day or the next day. I didn't have an appointment, and to be honest I didn't know I could schedule an appointment until I looked at their website. Waiting for them to fit me in was totally fine. Tanner was helpful and professional while he listened to a non-automotive person try and explain what was going on. The next morning, Tanner called me and said that it was the alternator, and they could get it fixed by the afternoon. They explained everything and gave me my estimate and was able to get it repaired and ready just as he said. When I picked it up there were no unexpected fees or changes. Tanner also explained the warranty for the parts and thanked me for my business. I will definitely take my vehicle there again!

I use them for oil changes. They have a punch card that's a pretty good deal if you also need your tires rotated. I've done five oil changes there and haven't had a problem. It's better if you schedule ahead. I think sometimes there's some confusion with the scheduling sometimes, but no big deal. I would recommend anyone to go there to get an oil change if they are also needing someone to rotate their tires.

These guys are awesome. Patient, SO KIND, and really help those who just want to understand what's wrong with their car.Their prices are EXTREMELY fair!!!!Shoutout to Tanner who's an MVP for keeping me off the crazy train after our van had to be in twice within 2 weeks.

Tyson, Brandi and their staff go above and beyond for their customers and their community. They have been an absolute blessing to find. They have gone out of their way for us on several occasions, more than I have ever seen a mechanic shop do for their clients. We have been treated like family by Tyson and Brandi.
