I had to share this experience. I called this business to ask about pricing and to get their opinion on a home theater I was working on. I had previously reached out to other businesses that handle this stuff and have a general idea and some other prices. First it took for ever to get any responses, I had to keep reaching out and remind them to get back. Secondly, The business basically told me that they where reluctant to provide a price because they wouldn't get the work? Or I guess that they felt like I was pricing against the other guys? Honestly...do you understand competition? Then they gave me a price for what we discussed but refused to break down the price as well as didn't include any descriptions or what I was even buying. What a joke! Look I will tell you this...there are plenty of places you can go to get Home Theater components, local as well as on the internet. Don't waste your time here, I wish I had my time back. I can't name competitors here, but I suggest you look along the Wasatch Front for a provider or at least find someone else in the valley...don't go here!

I went in to have my internet moved to my new apartment. The person at the business didn't know how to do this!! I was told someone would contact me the next day. That was 3 days ago. Still haven't heard from them. But that's okay, I took care of it myself. Poor customer service!!!

We have been a long time customer and our Direct TV remote control died late on a Saturday afternoon. The Kelly Electronic installer was in the area and brought a new one right over. He even programmed it to our TV for us. All at no charge. Awesome service! Thanks Kelly Electronics.

We are moving and needed couple TVs taken off wall. Kelly Electronics, Dish TV recommended them, returned call quickly and came out same day since my move was imminent. Kelly also helped me pack them and made sure cords went with sets, I would have left one in wall. Very quick, friendly and knowledgeable, prices great too, couldn't ask for better!

We were using Direct Tv and it was very expensive. Then they announced a price increase and I lost it!! Called Kelly Electronics and they gave us the option to go with Dish and with a reasonable level of channels we saved money but mostly their installation and office support was so prompt and very efficient and very transparent.

Awesome staff. They knew what internet speeds I would need in my apartment. Didn't overload me with options. They hooked me up with xfinity and I'm very happy with the service!
