Mountain View is the best. Dr. Israelsen and Dr. Hillegass are amazing, and we always have such a wonderful experience with all the office staff and vet techs. You can tell every single person who works there loves animals, and they are all so genuinely kind and caring towards our pets. Their boarding services are great too! They can be a little on the pricey side, but we've found that it is totally worth the quality of care. Cannot recommend enough.

These vets are all about the money. My cat had a lump on her tail. They charged me almost $1K to remove the lump. It was a major recovery for her. The lump came back as malignant and they charged me another $1K to remove her tail. Another major recovery for her, but no less than the first. They should have told me that amputating her tail was an option the first time around.

Great place, I'm always pleased with the service I receive. Whether it's from the vet or from the staff it's always great. My little guy always looks great. He always feels great especially if there's cheese whiz on a stick.

I took Indy(red healer) to the Providence location. I was nervous about the visit cuz Indy isn't great with people he hasn't met before. But Landon was awesome and won Indy over! Allison and Landon were great taking care of all Indy's needs. Got him up to date on his vaccinations and special ordered something for Indy's allergies. I'm very happy with the service we received today. Definitely recommend them! They were great communicating through phone calls(due to curbside) and took the time to listen and talk about our concerns. Indy was a happy boy! Thank you to everyone at the Providence location! You did an amazing job!

So we have a giant cat. And being fat shamed is a real thing as a pet owner. I was a nervous mess taking my giant cat to the vet but we all know we have to do the things we don’t like. We get to the clinic and when I warned the cute, tiny assistant that we got ourselves a big fella (yes folks, she struggled with the carrier) , she very sweetly started to talk to him (did I forget to mention he’s not a fan of car rides and carriers?) and hauled him in. Due to COVID protocols w

We have recently chosen a different veterinary clinic being we were not provided consistent care for our pet. This was primarily due to last year we had a procedure done and this year for the same procedure it would have cost thousands more. We were disappointed with the inconsistency.

It's taken me over a year before I could write a review, my last and final visit was absolutely ridiculous. My dog had an epidermal cyst on his paw that got cut open over the weekend. Despite wrapping it and trying to keep my stubborn dog from it he kept licking it and the skin around it got swollen. We were finally able to get him in to one of the vets and she refused to do anything for it saying it was too swollen and not enough skin to work with. I didn't think this was accurate and when we went to pay I asked to schedule another appt with a different vet to get a second opinion. A couple hours later she calls me to tell me her opinion was final, she explained everything to the other vet and I wasn't allowed to get a second opinion. Are you freaking serious?! Guess what, called a different hospital, got a second opinion and was told he could definitely get it taken care and had my dog's paw fixed the next day. Not a single problem. Had all of my files transferred and I've never been back. And oh yeah, I definitely do not miss the overpriced visits! I was willing to put up with it because I liked the vet I first went to, but he stopped practicing and the other vets are just not worth the price gauging.

I took my puppy in due to a hurt paw. Seeing as everything is curb side right now, I didn't go into the clinic with him. I was aware that they would take x-rays however, when they got on the phone (2 hours later) and laughed about how thorough they had been taking images I was sorta horrified. They had charged me $500 in x-rays without checking to see if this many images was alright/affordable. They wouldn't give me my dog until I could pay the bill (which I did later that day). The experience was a nightmare and their lack of understanding seemed inauthentic. This all could have been avoided if they would have kept me in the loop instead of taking 8 x-rays and then checking to see if the cost was alright. Btw, the puppy didn't have a fracture.

Worst customer service ever! I am new to the area an was looking for a place to board my dogs for a couple of days. I called three weeks in advance and made all the arrangements, received princing, had my vet records transferred and did everything required. I called the day before just to confirm my appt.!and was told by Melissa that they had no record of my appt. period. She proceed to get me booked anyway, all the while complaining that they have just hired new receptionists and one in particular made more mistakes than she did anything right-and that must have been the one I talked to. I had my vet records emailed again and also had a copy to give them just in case they didn't receive them. When I showed up the next morning, the receptionist confirmed that they did receive my records, however they were missing a couple that "they required" including a $51 per dog "examination". I explained that I wasn't expecting this extra expense and asked if they would perhaps bill me for it. After a bunch of whining and stuttering I finally was able to have her call her manager.....it was now getting late and I needed to get going. She called and said I could pay when I picked them up....which was not an option s I again explained that I wasn't prepared to pay an extr $180 dollars and I was having them picked up by someone else. Needless to say I took my dogs and left. Thankful that my son and fiancé was willing to take them at the last minute. I WILL NEVER take my pets there OR recommend them to anyone.
