They had hidden fees when I tried to transfer money for my HELOC loan. It cost 1.5% to get money out. This was never brought up during the loan process. Felt kind of misleading and dishonest. There might be other fees too when paying it back.

Bad customer service, was treated very badly, was smirking when talking to us, and being rude. Forget customer service calling you back and everything takes forever. Closing my account and going to Mountain America, they have good service.

The best credit union around! Have been a customer for over 25 years. Great rates, easy to get answers, fantastic service! Wayne has been the best for advice and suggestions. He has our family loyalties. All the employees are super nice, efficient and great at customer care.

This location is terrible. Calling customer service is more helpful then this branch. They can do more for you over the phone then in person. Closed my account and took my service over to Mountain America they know what they’re doing!

If you're looking for banking the old-fashioned way, I suppose standing in line and waiting on hold for a few hours just to log into your account is nostalgic. I'm closing my account and never going back.
