Came here a while ago, and it was not great. My family and I are actually from Price, however, we moved in 2011 up north. When we went to check in the owner asked for our number, in which I gave my moms since she was with me and it was a small family. trip back home. Her number is still the same since we lived there. Right away, he told us we couldn't stay there because we were residents. I tried to explain that we once lived here but it had been so long and we were just visiting. It took a lot. of explaining before I finally got upset and just gave him my number. Now, during this time, my mom was going through Chemo. My friend who we were also going to visit wanted to stop by and say hi and wanted my mom to meet her son. We didn't see any problem, however, when we brought her and her son into the building, we once again got snapped at because "you can't have any visitors," which was weird to me. I asked why. He told me "because of covid." Again, with it being 2022 at this time I didn't see any reason as to why my friend couldn't come visit. I explained I am a healthcare worker and while I understand his concern my mom was just put in a car for three hours, nauseous due to her cancer treatments and that I was going to take my friend back to meet her. "Just this once." he tells me. The whole situation was frustrating and exhausting. I personally don't think I should have to explain why we have visitors or why the phone number is what it is, because our ID's did show we aren't residents. We didn't have much interaction with him after that, but he did watch us as we came and went from the hotel which was kinda weird, made me feel as if he was expecting us to cause trouble.

Hotel was affordable. It is missing a laundry room, gym, & would be nice if it has a jacuzzi for guest. Rooms were very clean. Bed was not that comfortable. But it was ok for the price we paid. Love that it is close to family. Restaurants were all down the road. One thing that bothered me... we were out right by the pool. There were people still swimming after pool hours. It was kind of noisy. Guest service needs to be more attentive to who they should put next to the pool area. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Have stayed here several times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. General upkeep of the hotel is okay, though with some quality issues throughout (coverplates from light fixtures being moved, bathroom vanities are cramped, etc). But overall a decent place to stay and a good value.

Rooms are fine.The person who checked me in. Very rude. Obsessed with telling me about pet fees, almost suggesting I was hiding stuff or lying. I don't have a pet!! ... Never thanked me for prepaying, instead just a rude person.In addition, it's billed as the Gateway to Moab. But it's 2 hours from Moab and 2 hours from SLC. A good resting point, but I would not stay here if my itinerary was around Moab or any of the National Parks.

Our stay does not even rate 1 star .where do I start! Our Boss book us a room here and OH MY GOSH!! The Whole place stunk period the floors were so dirty My wife put towels on And when she picked them up, the bottom side was black. our wash clothes were dirty when we went to rinse them out Dirty water rang out of them. Tub was so worn out The bottom would sink where you stood.The young woman That checked us in was very nice. However, the owner, an older gentleman was The rudest person I have ever dealt with period upon checkout He informed me that we had 3 people in a room that had 2 queen beds. he told me that that would be a different rate and tried to charge us an extra 10.00. I explained to him that if Our boss had known this he would have gladly paid period he chose not to charge us, but then began to lecture me on Honesty explaining that honesty is always best like we deceived him or stole something. I called the corporate office and they inform me that if a room has 2 Queen beds, you are allowed to have up to 4 people Without any Extra charge.When I went to get breakfast? I witnessed the most Pitiful Complimentary breakfast that I have ever seen period there was not enough for the guests. They only had just 2 choices.Please save yourself The frustration and be Treated rudely by the owner. Please stay somewhere else and pay the extra money for the peace of mind and proper treatment.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here. The front desk guy was so so so rude, wouldn’t let me stay there with my newborn and still charged our card. Save yourself the hassle and go to Holiday Inn down the road, it’s worth the extra money I promise!

Stopped in for the night on our way to Colorado. Seems like a great hotel. Very affordable and near many places to eat. Definitely met my expectations.

Nice clean room, friendly person at the front desk! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft and inviting! Our room was quiet and everyone slept well! The a/c worker well and the shower had good pressure and an even water temperature. Breakfast was good too! We would stay here again.

Where to Start??.... was on vacation from California to visit family..... When we arrived, the man at the front was rude and disrespectful. He should take a crash course in customer service. We got to the room, and the floors were uneven. The TV had terrible quality and no TV guide, so we couldn't find any of the channels we wanted or see what channels were provided. It also felt like the man was watching us the whole time like no privacy. Would not recommend ...

Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Hallway carpeting has that distinct old hotel smell but the rooms weren't bad. Pillows could have been better and toilets were old short small round style. Otherwise rooms were clean.

This a good hotel in the middle of town. We stay here a lot when we come to Price to visit family. The price is right for the rooms, we don't usually swim, but there is an indoor pool. The breakfast is good with some hot options.

The staff was nice, but our experience was ruined by one factor: there's no elevator. So we had to drag luggage up the stairs, and the disabled person in our group basically had to crawl up the stairs because she was too short to use the one tall railing.Room had a refrigerator, and the furniture was nice. But our air wasn't working on auto, so at first we woke up freezing, then too hot. There were only two sugars and two creamers for the coffee, and no extra blankets. We couldn't contact anyone to ask for late checkout either.Noteworthy details: No elevator, no usable railing on stairs for supporting a disabled person

Nice small hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast isn't fancy, but for the price of the hotel, is sufficient.
