If I could give zero stars I would. My doctor's office faxed a prescription 3 times at the pharmacist, as well as all the technicians said that they had never gotten it. This was on a Friday So I couldn't go to the doctor to get a paper's prescription. The prescription I needed filled. What's going to run out and I would have none on Sunday. This medication can cause me to have seizures if I don't take it. So I was extremely sick all weekend. It was finally filled on March 11th Because I had to take a paper prescription in from the doctor's office. The staff was not helpful even though I showed him that I had the prescription sent over. They did absolutely nothing to try to help me as well. As. Say they had been getting faxes all day. But they didn't receive 3 of mine. I hate this pharmacy. They're extremely rude.And I thought Castleview Hospital's number one priority was the patient. I've heard several people talk about how rude the staff is to them. And they're bad experiences with this pharmacy. So whoever was working Friday March 8th 2024 you should be ashamed of yourself. Do better. If you're judging others so harshly maybe you need to reflect inwards.

Rhonda and the rest of the staff are always helpful. They're friendly and really make you feel at ease with any questions or concerns.

*edit* Was reached out to very quickly and had my issue resolved. Thank you to the kind staff and management for being open late and taking care of my wife and me.3rd time in a row my depression medication is not in-stock. Got told "you're the only patient on that dose and that's why we don't keep it in stock." Well thank you for the brain zaps while I wait for yall to get it in stock. You would think it wouldn't be that hard to keep a bottle in stock and reorder it when it's picked up. NOT IMPRESSED.

I switched to Pinnacle peak for my daughter and I and I am so glad that we did I love the environment and I love how they have treats you can buy they even gave my little Yorkie a milk bone once . They truly are incredible and just over all amazing environment I'm so glad I switched to them ?❤️ keep up the good work Pinnacle Peak I wish I would of switched to you a lot sooner . ????

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Not only are they now a week of "sorry we're behind, your prescription will be done later" every day this week, but they are rude and unprofessional. Use walmart, you get your prescription in an hour always.....we're still waiting on this one.

I call multiple times just to always get the same outcome, not being able to talk to anyone or for that matter being unable to leave a message. This is not acceptable when I am trying to help a patient. Looks like I may have to send my patient to another pharmacy that is willing to help them.**UPDATE**I would never discuss patient information on a Google Review and that was the whole point that I tried to reach you guys by calling in frequency over a period of an hour with no changes in the outcome. No one would answer and I was unable to leave a message as your system didn't allow me to and then would disconnect. I even tried going to your website to look for a new number but to no avail. I went as far as reaching out on Facebook via messenger. In the end, the prescription was sent to another pharmacy. I was able to finally get a NEW direct number only because I provided a 1-star review, which prompted your pharmacy to reach out and provide this additional direct number that is not listed on your website, my Electronic Medical Record system, Google Business or Facebook. The only way one could have gotten this number is by speaking to someone from the pharmacy. There is no reason why I had to spend now more than an hour on a simple prescription refill question. You guys missed the mark and the new pharmacy was more than happy to assist the patient in question. As I mentioned to your tech, please look into fixing this issue with your phone as she stated you guys were aware of the problem and that it was being handled by a third party instead of directly from you guys. When patient care is in question, please don't make it nearly impossible for a medical provider to reach out to you guys and then have to go above and beyond to reach you guys. Do better.

love have this pharmacy. it's drive up is so nice to have when you don't want to get out of the car! I enjoy it through winter. it's down the street so I can walk during the summer! I has surgery and was told they do delivery! the staff are friendly and they will explain and take the time to do so! Also their is a Pharmacist name Rhonda and from the first time I met her at K mart's II have followed her her from all the different pharmacies that she's worked for in price! She has been a wonderful pharmacist to me and and I appreciate appreciate how she works. :) Thank you for all the employees that work there you have done a great job.

Associates there are always friendly and helpful. Even if I call fifty times. Pinnacle is our preferred pharmacy of choice. We are always helped in an efficient and professional manner.

They are a great pharmacy but they are not open all day saturday only 4hours on saturday and closed on dunday they could have at least stayed open longer on saturdays

The first time I visited Pinnacle Peak Pharmacy was after utilizing the urgent care next door. I walked over right after my appointment to wait for my prescription and I can't believe how fast it was! In less than five minutes they had my prescription ready and I was on my way home. Each time I have been in since, the service has always been fast and friendly. I also used the drive thru last time I visited and that was very convenient, especially since I wasn't feeling well and did not want to get out of my car. They are doing a great job!
