“This is the upmost customer service I have ever received in my life, Bobby was a saving grace when he went out of his way , above and beyond is an under statement. I was stranded in the desert on Rt6 in Utah when the engine in my truck went out. He came out with tools and a suggested part ( dident know what was wrong at first ) true local hero. When he realized what had actually happened upon arrival. He called for a tow and arranged for me to be dropped off at a local garage in Wellington Utah . Seamless, safe , and fast. I was off the highway by dark. Even the next day arranged for me to find way in Price Utah to get on my way. car dealerships, uhaul options. And finally at the end of the day, Bobby at this point off the clock at work then researched online found me a car to buy on his time. And arranged for the seller to pick me up and get me on my way. I really hope corporate sees this review. Because this man is a true example of a hero to me. I will be forever thankful and in debt to him. He is my friend who I never met before. I will know this man forever he can run the show with perfection. Thank you so very much if I could give a hundred stars I would. Always ask for Bobby. Saved my life. And I get to go home to Appalachia. Woooooohoooooo!!”

“We were 1500 miles in on a 5000 mile trip when we had trouble with our 2022 Jeep Gladiator in Moab. We drove 2 hours as they were the closest to us. We arrived when service opened at 8am. We were greeted by Jamie in service. She promptly got our information and was able to have her technician Zach diagnose a loose pitman arm. They got us in and out in under 2 hours. Meanwhile I met salesman Jeff who was super nice as well. He made us feel right at home. It's a small hometown dealership with attention to detail and it's customers. Thank you all for getting us back on the road.”

“I was on a road trip last summer and barely made it into town when the fuel pump in my Wrangler started to die. I didn't want to get stranded and have to wait for roadside assistance, so I pulled into the dealership without calling ahead and hoped for the best. They took care of me! Even right before closing they were able to have a tech perform a diagnosis and order the replacement part. Everyone I talked to was friendly and they made sure to get me back on the road as soon as possible. No one wants to have car trouble during a road trip, but it would have been much worse if it weren't for the folks here!”
