I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. I was charged an extra $40 per device for set-up fees that were not disclosed to me before purchase (my devices were either not handled at all or setup failed and I ended up doing it myself) another $10 per device that said it was leftover from financing - although the full amount was financed - I’m still not sure what I was paying for. Was it padding the invoice??…. Also, I was told that I’d get a discount for purchasing multiple accessories, but I was charged between $6 - $30 OVER list price on EACH accessory purchased. They would not have given me a detailed receipt if I hadn’t asked specifically for it after the amount paid seemed off what I was expecting. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I went into today to get my screen protector changed after being sold a “liquid screen protector”. Except whatever they did is NOT a screen protector, and they straight out lied to us. They sold it as a screen protector, you could get it changed anytime it was broken and it was better than all the others. That is not the case. It is basically just a 2nd screen on top of your screen and when it’s scratched or broken you have to replace the ENTIRE screen. Then of course there was only 1 employee, no manager, and he said there was nothing he could do except try to sell me a protection plan and that the salesman, Jordan, no longer worked there. This is not the 1st time they have screwed us over or straight up lied to us about promotions, etc. I will absolutely not be going in there again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to as well.

Got scammed by one of the employees, I came in Saturday June 8th around 1-2, to purchase an iPad two middle aged men helped me I got sat down and I just wanted to find out the payments on an iPad 10. I was told by the sales employee that I had to sign a document for me to find out what my down payment was going to be. I signed it thinking I would find what the payments are and how much I would need to put down on this iPad 10. They told me it was going to be 250 around there and I said that was way to much I didn’t want to buy it! I told them I would come back and think about it and to NOT PUT IT ON HOLD!!! I came back to the Orem Verizon and they had put the iPad on my line and I “owned” it. I told them I didn’t give that Verizon any money and did not agree to it because of the price. Sebastian at Orem Verizon was so helpful he helped me get an iPad 9th gen for 66 down. Told me to call and leave a nasty review and I’m escalating this to Verizon as I was not told what I was signing for. Yall gonna get a nasty lawsuit like that

We wait for 1 hour plus there to talk to an employee. When we were able to talk to the employee he was a new employee and didn’t know anything about their system and the another person was there couldn’t help because have other clients there and we waited there for 1 hour plus and the men just told us that he didn’t know any of their systems. We had our baby with us and we just wast our time there and we left without help. Don’t go to that store because you will wast your time.
Only one employee that knows the system and takes too long to help you. They don’t respect people time. I won’t come back there forever !!

We had a 3:00 appointment at this location today, my brother and I left work early to be there for it and when we arrived there were only two employees both with walk in customers. we waited 45 minutes without even a hello and when my brother went to ask why we were waiting so long the employee responded in a very aggressive way. i work customer service and am in a management position and i know this was completely inappropriate way to speak to an upset customer. after my brother left my mother attempted to say what he said was rude and he proceeded to act extremely rude. he then said that another location was worse than his even though we have had zero issues with this other location. this employee needs serious teaching on how to speak to customers or to be let go.

Went in to get another phone for work! I had the chance to work with Connor Ottley! I was greeted when I came in and Connor was ready to help me and never once made me feel pressured. Besides having a ton of knowledge and helping me that way.. Connor was very caring and asked about me and gave me a great experience that I tell all my friends to go to the store and ask for him! You can tell he actually just wants to help people and by doing that he gains moreBusiness! The management team should be proud of what he does for his customers

Dishonest. They take advantage of you. At this location, I was told that I had a free phone upgrade, and what they actually did is put me on a 36-month contract in which Verizon credits you for the monthly payment on a phone, so if you cancel, you have to pay for the phone outright. It's just shady business they do here. I should have been more wary. Don't take their word for it when you visit this store. They are friendly and persuasive, but they are in it for the sale without giving you the details.

I’m really surprised about the positive reviews with this Victra store. Initially our experience was positive and it felt like they were trying to help. My phone wasn’t working so I went in for a phone and ended up upgrading all four lines on our account because they promised amazing discounts. I was told it was $280 to upgrade a phone. I was shocked and asked how long they have been doing that because the last time my husband traded our phones he didn’t mention that. They said it has been something they have been doing for 5 years but didn’t mention that the cost included add ons so I thought you had to pay that to get the phone. About halfway through they said we could pick cases and that the cost we paid of the $280 included screen protectors. Never once was it mentioned that those were add on costs and I never actually had to pay anything besides the taxes if I didn’t want to. I felt taken advantage and like they pulled an up-sale on me and as I looked at other reviews for victors stores they said the same thing. I didn’t want the chargers they put in there that they claimed “came with the $280” but turns out I actually paid for all of it. They promised me a really good discount on our phones since we have been Verizon customers for 20+ years. The discount they said was $22 for all four phones. I was shocked and made sure I heard right by confirming that each line would only be $5.50 monthly. They confirmed. They also said that the cellular charge for the watches would be $5/month per watch which I also found to be a good deal and mentioned we had originally gotten rid of my husbands cellular watch because we didn’t want to pay $10-$15/month. Not only did we not get the watch cellular price on our bill but our phones are no where near the initial price. They credited us hardly anything back and each phone was showing $33/month after the small credits they gave us for trading in our phones. They quoted us at $5. I called Verizon corporate store and this amazing guy stayed with me on the phone for over an hour trying to find me a similar discount. He said the employees at the Victra store are supposed to record the discounts they give to employees so everyone can see it and he couldn’t see anything because they didn’t record it. Not surprised because I felt like they were trying to scam me from the beginning. He eventually found me a discount for $18/month for our 13 pro’s but it’s still nowhere near what the Victra store promised. I will be going in and visiting this store again to get this worked out and then I will make sure I only go to corporate stores because I don’t like how they weren’t transparent with the initial prices I paid.

The workers at Verizon Victra in Pleasant Grove are great! They did everything to save my phone when it died and then hooked me up with a sweet deal for a Samsung S24. There were some computer glitches with my order but they fixed them quickly and got me on my way. Thanks Conner!

The fellow working must have been having a really bad day. I could tell he was in a hurry to close up early as he kept trying to talk me out of my purchase. While we were waiting for the safe to open he yelled at me. He said he owns JBO drywall so he didn’t have to even be open. At that point I thought it was best to leave the store and let him do what he needed to do. We have been with Verizon for 6 years. The whole things was very odd.
