This in-store branch closes at 2:00pm on Saturdays, I got there at 1:45. I'd never been to this branch before, needed a $33,000 bank check for a car purchase. Was in and out in under 5 minutes. Everything was smooth & easy, no wait, no delay. THANKS!

I was impressed by the customer focus of Kaleb Rasmussen and this branch. I had to wire my down payment from my house and it had to get done in a timely manner. Even though Kaleb did not have to, he went above and beyond to ensure my downpayment went through in time for me to get the keys first thing in the morning. This kind of service is priceless, because of him we got our house in time as opposed to potentially waiting much longer with our truck and stuff waiting for us to move. Amazing service.

I attempted to open up a business account for a new entity I am looking to establish. I was assured that all the paperwork was in order. After 2 weeks of the account being open, I got a letter in the post box stating that my account would be closed in a month's time. The following day I went in and spoke to one of the agents and was advised that the Articles of Incorporation had not listed me correctly. US Bank required the Articles of incorporation to state that I had some sort of title as a VP or CEO or COO, I'm guessing the part in the Articles of Incorporation where it outlines that I am the "Owner" didn't make sense to US Bank and essentially is a lower title of CEO or VP, disappointed.I later stopped by UCCU and we had a good laugh together about US Bank, a new account was secured in less than 30 minutes with them.Thanks US Bank for helping me find UCCU.1 Star given as 0 stars was not an option.

US Bank has proved to not be a bank that has your businesses best interest in mind. They hold money randomly and never contact you when they see issues. They just lock your account and leave you to figure it out. We are now banking elsewhere

Went in for a medallion signature today after having another branch call and verify that they could do it. I heard the conversation so I know what she asked for. They said yes. Got there, they could not. Which I understand, sometimes mistakes are made, however the guy working there was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Unfortunately, because the service at the other branch was top notch.

Absolutely useless, paid in a cashiers check from my own account at another bank and they put a 7 business day hold on it which amounts to 10 days even though I have thousands in savings with the bank. They never explained this would happen, or I would have deposited it into another bank, or gone back to the original bank and got cash instead or wired the funds. Rude and unhelpful cannot begin to describe their attitude. Will be closing all my accounts the day the check clears.

Ended up owing them $43 for a maintenance fee on my checking account. This wasn't explained to me up front because I never would have kept the account if I knew it was gonna cost. My bad for not reading the fine print but the tellers should have enough integrity to tell me about the maintenance fee.

Never had any issues with this branch and the have always been friendly. I wish they would have a more stable employee base. There is new people Eleverytime I go.

I am APPALLED. I went in a 6:10 PM on Friday and spoke to a woman. There were only two there, so it will be easy to deduct who is who. I went in and gave the Bank 400 bucks and in person asked for them to pay my credit card bill. That way there was no question that I paid it nor would they try to act like it was "pending" online.... Sometimes that happens. But not only did the girl NOT put my money in the bank she did not pay the bill. Even though she told me that EVERYTHING was paid for and that there would be no fees. I asked her those specifically. This confirms my decision to leave this atrocious place. I have never had such horrendous service in my life. They never explained anything to me. I CANNOT wait to get my cards paid for, and I am done with this place. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I get treated like this. I have had one amazing teller the whole time I have been there and she was moved to another branch down in Provo. Have great employees like Liz and you will actually keep your customers.
