“I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. Give me a call and only charge me the minimal fee for the work done. Any other place would’ve charged me an arm or leg. “Curt’s just provided the best (literally the best) towing experience I’ve ever had. They answered with a cell phone, gave me a solid quote, I asked if I could send a pin to the same number that I’d called, and he said “of course!” I sent the pin, he acknowledged receipt, said he’d send the right kind of truck (we needed a Sprinter Van transported), was on time (actually 5 minutes early) to pickup vehicle, driver was super respectful and nice, honored the quote, didn’t get weird about paying before drop off at location, sent me a payment link a couple hours later. Best experience of any towing company ever!”

“I was having an issue with my vehicle and they came out and took one look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. They told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it, which was just to replace a nut that had fallen off. The replacement nut cost me $1.15 and no towing was needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to tow and get the issue diagnosed/fixed at a shop. Obviously not every issue is a quick simple fix like that, but that's the kind of customer service that earns my business if I ever have another towing need!”

“The person who towed the vehicle that was parked in my spot was great. It did take him a while to get to me, but that was because I didn't know he had to get permission first from the HOA. I'm renting the place from someone so I was never told that. However, it did give the owner of the vehicle time to come and move, which they never did. The worker who helped me was polite and kind, and when he was able to come, he got it done quickly. Sucks to be whoever parked in my spot.”
