Stratton and Bratt has once again let us down. It took them a year to pay us for work that we did for the company last year and we in good faith accepted another job- a rush job- and now have not been paid again since July. Emails and phone calls have been sent every week from august and no response has ever happened. We appreciate the business but need to be paid for work that has been completed in a timely manner.How does a company stay in business with no communication or payment to their contractors for work that has already happened? Do we as contractors go to the site and take out the work that was completed? Do lawyers need to be involved?Has anyone else had problems with being paid by Stratton and Bratt?

They had the audacity to send me a bill for chemicals when one of their #1 employees installed a water heater for my pool and never vented it. It caused so much damage to the heater and shed I had to find a replacement from someone else because they could get to it for a week or two. Kory Parker promised me he would come and get it, repair it and then sell it to some unsuspecting customer, giving me around $5k to offset charges. I had to buy 2 new heaters in less than 2 months! I don't know about you but who has that kind of money? I don't and won't ever recommend them. Very bad business.

I was driving on the freeway off ramp, and a log bounced off one of their trailers up under my van and damaged my A/C, about $1800 of repairs. I called and filed a claim and was told I’d hear back from someone the next day. Here I am a week later, no one has called. I’ve reached out everyday and been told they’ll mark it “urgent” and should hear back the same day. It’s pretty clear they have no intention of getting in touch with me to make this right. This company has ZERO integrity!!

What ever you do, do not use this company for your projects. We have dealt with so much lying, cheating, stealing, unprofessional behavior, disrespect, and extremely poor communication. We started working with them in March 2022 on our backyard. By November 2022 our backyard still wasn’t finished and we had an extremely hard time getting ahold of them. After several issues, no responses, projects not getting done, poor quality of projects, etc. we finally fired them off the job. We had paid everything that had asked for and we were never late on a payment. Two months after firing them we have had subcontractors show up at our house to be paid. THE MONEY WE ALREADY GAVE STRATTON AND BRATT! We can not get ahold of anyone from the main office to resolve these issues. We have been trying to resolve and get our backyard done before we even fired them!! Highly do not recommend this company.

This company has extremely unprofessional contractors. A man in a truck was driving extremely reckless on the road. He was honking cussing and screaming at me because I wouldn’t roll forward when we were at a red light at an intersection. There was literally nowhere I could go and he wouldn’t have been able to go anywhere as well. This company really needs to consider who they allowed to drive their company cars they are a serious risk to other drivers on the road. Hopefully something is done about this since this is clearly not the first time somebody has had complaints about this man.

These men tried to cut me off in their truck & then cursed at me when I wouldn’t let them. Dangerous road rage is extremely unprofessional & childish. I Will not recommend their service to anyone.

I don't always rate a landscape and maintenance company, but this company has a whole team of skilled professionals. It helps because their workers can do things right and find answers. Wow

This company is awesome to deal with. They were on time. On budget. They gave me an estimate and stuck with it. They are such a bright spot to deal with as far as a contractor goes. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Worst experience I've ever had with a Contractor. Installed dead sod and dead plants. Made no effort to fix it. Installed sprinklers that leaked down the street and into the neighbor's yard. Threatened to lien my house if I didn't pay. Unbelievable. Do not use them!!!

At first they were responsive and helpful. We have a smaller yard, but the representative who came out said he liked smaller jobs between others. He seemed to know what he was doing, we were very specific about what we wanted as well as our budget. He then sent a quote nearly 3 times the budget, with a lot of it NOT what we had discussed.When asked what we could do to shave off some of the cost, they said we weren't worth their time and recommended we call other landscapers.

I'm not particularly impressed with the results of trying to give very casual, non-abrasive feedback by phone just now. Perhaps it is an isolated issue - I don't know, hence a 3 star. I will just state that crews don't have the right away on public pedestrian areas (sidewalks) and shouldn't be repeatedly honking at people to get by. My feedback was valid. And courtesy goes a long way, especially when there is no right of way or right kf demand.
