“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

He was super friendly and even gave extra time to answer my questions about large format prints. I’m looking forward to ordering a fun print for a party soon. I was glad to get to feel the quality of the materials and the prints before deciding for my project!”
“Carolina (the employee at the Orem University Pkwy Staples ) was an excellent help to me. She acted in a way that made me feel like a valued customer. She patiently walked me through the process of ordering prints online when the website wasn't working for me. Too many times I've gone to a business only to be treated by employees like an annoyance, interrupting them from looking at their cell phones or having to answer questions. I was pleased with the prints when I picked them up, and I appreciate the quality of the prints and the reasonable price.”

“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“Chloe was awesome!! I came earlier in the afternoon to use the copier in self checkout! I paid and copied my pages and left to handle the business I had with my copies when I arrived I noticed the pages were blank! With little ink marks on them. I came back and Choles customer service was above and beyond! She also knows what she’s talking about she looked up my purchase using the last four digits of my card. I know that process isn’t on the main page of pos! Thanks Chole and team!!”
