“Every time I walk through the doors of this UPS store, I know I am in good hands. They offer the best customer service, and the printing services are really fast! Compared to Alphagraphics printing and even other UPS stores, this one offers the best services at the best prices. I am greeted with a smile, and the assurance that my packages get where they need to go. Management is great, and the complimentary dum dums are always a bonus. Even when there is a line, it goes by quickly and efficiently. The employees are always glowing, as if they had just had a really nice meal prior to helping me. I seriously just love this store! “Walked in with 2 books I wanted to ship to a friend, uncertain of what I'd need other than the address. The gentleman at the counter was great and helped me pick the right shipping method that was cheaper than the flat rate box.
The only thing that was bad is that there doesn't seem to be a number to call this location directly. I realized after I left I needed to modify the delivery address, but it looks like going back in person is the only way I could do that. That seems to be a universal issue for the USPS though, so I can't hold it against this particular office.”
