The staff are friendly and the vets are knowledgeable and nice. I've been to two locations now
While I did have an issue at a previous location where the vet could not identify my dogs issue and I spent a lot of money on the wrong treatment, I do think that overall they are great hospitals with good prices and convenient locations. (An ER vet was able to identify the disease in one visit and it was easily fixed)
This location was great, the office was clean and they have pads on their scale and their table so my pup wasn't so scared to slide! Such a small thing really makes all the difference for the pets. I feel like I don't often see pads on the scales/tables to help pets have more traction.
They offer a military discount!

I live closer to the Saratoga Springs location, but I work in Pleasant Grove, so every chance I get, I come to this one! Every time I have come to the Pleasant Grove location- they are super quick and friendly. Today I couldn’t get my app to load to redeem my free drink and before I could pay, the girl taking my order said ‘on me, no worries’ and gave me a free drink. Which was so nice, it actually shocked me and I felt bad, I wish I would have gotten her name so I could say how much I appreciated her! Thank you so much!
