Olpin Mortuary handled arrangements last year for two of my children. Each death was a heartbreaking experience for me and my entire family. I will never forget their kindness, flexibility, and availability throughout the entire process flexibility, and availability throughout the entire process for both. We made very different choices for one versus the other, and they helped with everything so kindly. I can’t imagine finding anyone else as caring who answers phone calls at all times of the day or even on vacation when I needed some help and clarification. They are the best and every time I drive by, I remember their caring and it is a comfort to me still.

My brother died in a tragic accident and I couldn’t believe how accommodating the entire experience working with Olpin Mortuary was at such a hard time. Considering the circumstances of how my brother died, I couldn’t believe how good he looked at the viewing. Thank you, Paul! Olpin Mortuary was great at giving us as much time as we needed with my brother, answering many questions throughout the entire process. The Olpins and their team of professional staff took such good care of the details—making it manageable even when we had expected to find it overwhelming. I recommend this family business wholeheartedly—in the strongest possible terms.

The Olpin Family Mortuary has handled multiple funerals for my friends and family, including one for my grandpa, one for my brother-in-law, and one for my mother-in-law. Personally, I’ll never let anyone else provide funeral services for my family. I say this for one simple reason: the Olpins are the best in the business.
I have a huge family and have seen other funeral homes in action. There are others who are technically competent, but not one of them can hold a candle to Olpin Family Mortuary. The Olpins know what they’re doing, and handle their work with a degree of professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness that I haven’t seen anywhere else.
I’m increasingly of the view that the Olpins are the best because (a) this is a family-owned business, and (b) they’ve been in the business for five generations. You can’t learn what they know overnight—or even in a single lifetime.

I had the best experience with Olpin family mortuary when my Grandma died. Not only were their facilities beautiful and functional, but their customer service and professionalism was unmatched. From the moment my Grandma was picked up after she had passed, to when she was buried, the Olpins were attentive, kind, and proactive in making sure everything went perfectly. Losing a loved one is without a doubt sad and awful, but the Olpins made the entire funeral planning experience easy. Everything about my grandma’s funeral was perfect and memorable, all credit to the Olpin family mortuary. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Olpin Family Mortuary is a wonderful place, they took such good care of my husband when he passed away from Covid, it was a very stressful time and the people working for Olpin were amazing, I felt so loved and cared for along with my family. They have very nice facilities that even smelled wonderful which was very calming to me. I was treated with respect and kindness through the entire time.
I would recommend Olpin Family Mortuary
to anyone. I am very grateful for all they did for me and my family.

The Olpins have done services for multiple family members. Nobody does a better job than them. They are kind and personable but never pushy or intrusive. You can tell they genuinely care. They handled complicated family situations perfectly and offered solutions I didn’t even consider. I won’t consider anyone else to perform funeral services in the future because of how great of a job they have done.

My daughter died by suicide. Olpin Mortuary did an extraordinary job from the time we first contacted them. They cautioned against an open casket but were able to prepare my daughter's body for a private family viewing that was very important to us.The day of the service we had many more people than expected. The staff was quick to set up additional chairs and make sure everyone was able to hear the service. They livestreamed it and many family members would not have otherwise been able to view the service.We had scheduling changes and even had to delay so that one of the people performing could arrive late. Paul was understanding, gracious and accommodating throughout the process. He helped make one of the worst days of our lives just a little better.We chose Olpin because we live in Pleasant Grove, but after our experience I would recommend them to anyone in the Utah County area.
