Bought a phone from mint and it was TERRIBLE. Took i it back the next day because the battery would die at 50%Took it back and had them swap out the battery. The new battery they gave me was garbage and is almost as bad as the first. Very unhappy with my purchase and with the service they offered me to “fix” the problem.

You need to come to Mint Repair for all of your phone repair needs! It's easy to find, located shortly off the freeway, and they have excellent customer service. The owner is super helpful and knowledgeable!

Very good work. Very knowledgeable. Fair and honest pricing. I had a complicated problem with my iPad that they fixed for a very fair price, that competitors weren’t and wouldn’t have been even close to matching. I highly recommend Mint Repair and their service.

NOW LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVEThis repair shop has an excellent Google rating and is authorized by SquareTrade/Allstate. Once I was able to find the new business address things went great at the repair shop. I'm glad my son told me that he would always use Mint Repair.The Orem location is now in Pleasant Grove conveniently close to the I-15 exit.They were able to get the part I needed to schedule a next day repair, their most prolific competitor needed at least 2 weeks to get a new screen for my Samsung S22 Ultra. I was incredibly impressed by the care, organization, patience and customer service John provided.A+ / 6 Stars

we had a wonderful experience at Mint repair in Orem. My husband dropped his phone in the ocean in Hawaii 30 feet down. It was there for almost an hour they were able to repair it and it's working just like new. Thank you Mint Repair!!

These guys are legit!! My phone got stuck in a reboot cycle for over a week and none of the usual fixes were working. They tried replacing different parts of the phone and finally found the one that had been causing the issue. It was much cheaper than I thought it’d be and I got to keep all of my data!!

I thought my phone's charging port was loose, because my phone stopped taking a charge without holding the cable at a certain angle to keep it engaged. I took this to Mint Repair, and John showed me that the cable wasn't even being inserted all of the way, due to there being a bunch of debris in there that I wasn't able to identify by using a toothbrush on it myself. He was able to fix the problem within a few minutes by scraping out stuff that apparently had been building up in the port for a long time, slowly making it harder to push the cable all the way into the port to get a connection for a charge. John was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule, and took care of the problem in a jiffy. So glad he found such a simple fix, and he saved me a lot of frustration and anxiety by assuring me he could get it done quickly, without taking apart my phone even. Back to working like a charm now!

At the pleasant grove location it's service by appointment. My boyfriend made a appointment to get hits tablet fixed. His tablet still isn't fixed.. They let a appointment be made when they weren't going to be there. There voicemail stated they were out for a week starting the day before the appointment. Very disappointed. In this locations customer service.

He was SO nice and accommodating!! I hadn’t made an appointment, but it was a simple issue (although not to me) and I was fortunate that he happened to have a free opening. He helped me out! Great service!
