“Always have staff willing and able to help. Some items are more expensive but some are the least expensive (hard to know without a bunch of research). Generally have about everything you need. Good free popcorn too!”
“As a professional heavy duty diesel mechanic I love this place. Honestly harbor freight has a bad wrap. Some of their tools are not great but for the most part the tools I bought from here when I started wrenching are still I'm my toolbox today making me money. If you're a home gamer tools bought from here will likely last a life time”

“I work at an automotive repair shop, and 90% of my tools are Icon and Hercules. In the last 5 years, I have only had to warranty a ratchet and a breaker bar that was used beyond its capacity. Also, buying tools from Harbor Freight has allowed me to own everything now and not have to worry about spending several years paying off the more expensive tool truck brands. I am not implying that Harbor Freight tools are better than the tool trucks, but even they agree that Harbor Freight tools are of good quality.”

“I had a fantastic experience here! Even though it was super busy on a Saturday morning I was still greeted as soon as I walked in the door! Johnny spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the right parts I needed because I had a funky project going on and I never felt rushed or made to sound stupid or anything. I first went to standard plumbing and I felt like they didn't even want customers in their store because they were too busy talking with each other, but I'm glad they did that, I was able to find BJ plumbing afterwards and BJ plumbing will forever have my business.”

I've been helped by other sales reps here, too, and they've all been great. They have a huge selection of items needed for plumbing and hand tools and much more. They have a sales counter, you explain what you're after, then they go grab everything you need, and then run the register. Nice to have knowledgeable staff and procedures/processes that let them help their customers.”

“My AC went out, Friday late afternoon, didn't find the problem until lat that night. Saturday morning I go searching for the part. Went so several places, with no luck, I have a employee tell me to go to standard, gave me directions. Got there super happy they were open, but once inside they right away said we don't carry that part(part was in hand) I was bummed, asked if he might have an idea who would carry it and he offered to look to see if the place close by was open. Unfortunately it was not. He asked if I would mind traveling, I said no. (It was one of the hottest days so far, I needed the part, lol) he made a few calls found the part at another location, verified they had the part and gave me the address. This guy went above and beyond in my book to help me. He could of just sent me on my way, but he made a bit of effort and made my day!!! I got the part, at a very reasonable price as well at had my AC up and running a few hours later. THANK YOU!!! I didn't grab your name, but it's the little things, and you did an amazing job!! Keep up the awesome customer service!!!!”

“We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our car so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!”
“I'm giving Burton Lumber 5 stars based solely on my dealings with Parker Killian and Davonat the Lindon Utah location. Parker has always been very cordial and helpful. The contractor I hired left me high and dry on a farely large project and Parker has been wonderful in helping me finish the project on my own. Even staying after closing to help. I appreciate his professionalism. Then today, Devon knowing my situation even gave me a little extra discount on some parts that were ordered wrong by the contractor. It was very much appreciated and I will definitely continue buying from them.”
“Pretty good for a Lowe's location, but given the choice I will usually go to Home Depot across the street. They just have a limited selection in plumbing and electrical supplies. They generally have a great Christmas selection though!”
