We’ve been regularly and though my kids and I have never loved our haircuts it usually grows out fast enough to the length we prefer that it was ok. I just went and received the worst haircut of my life. I asked for shoulder length with a few long face framing layers in the front. I left with choppy layers starting at eye level. Disaster, not fixable unless I get a pixie cut. Picture a bowl cut style layers from eye level to my shoulders. I’ll be wearing if half up (the layers are so short I can’t do a ponytail) for a couple months until I can grow out the top layer to a decent length to get it fixed. Will never return.

The worst !!!! I said make the top 2 inches buzz sides at a 1 she said ok got the buzz clippers and went right down the middle of my head by the end not 1 hair on my head longer than 1/2 inch I feel like I look hideous I hate it

Management is awful. They had 5 ppl quit in 24 hours. They have such a high turnover… and I wonder why.. And good luck trying to get time off working here. They don’t support a work-life balance. They are super unfair to their employees.

I’ve been a regular here for almost a year, so sad to learn about my requested hairstylist's toxic environment she was forced to work in. Corporate needs to get involved, I would not put a penny toward this location until they completely throw away and replace their management “team”. Even during my haircuts, I’ve heard and seen firsthand how they speak to their staff. Despicable. Don’t even think about contacting me to “make it right”, I will be following my girl until the end.

This Great Clips location is wonderful! My hair is a bit different than many people so barbers sometimes have a hard time with it, but my stylist, Irelynn, did a wonderful job! 10/10 would recommend

Stylist: Me & my kids have been coming to this Great clips in PG for years, & every time we come in here we are always treated with kindness, compassion, & we get in always quickly for our services. Irelynn personally has been doing my hair for about a year now, & she is so talented & knowledgeable about the industry & she is the most kind hearted & genuine person I have ever met here. She is an amazing assistant manager here & she conducts herself in a very professional manner!!!
