We got back our suit jacket and it still smelled bad. Not sure how it was actually cleaned but kinda upset that it doesn’t seem fresh.

First of all, the hours posted on here are wrong. They're actually only open till 6 pm. If you walk in at 6:01 to pick up something, they'll turn you away and tell you to come back tomorrow. Literally the most retarded thing I've ever heard someone tell me. It takes less than a minute to pick up dry cleaning and you can't help me 1 minute after closing?

Picked up my suit this week after it had been thrashed pretty heavily by my kids. It’s as good as new and I believe they even fixed a frayed hem in my pant leg. These guys are great!

I showed up the weekend of the 4th of July to take in some clothes. I didn’t notice that they were closed for the 4th and started to grab all my stuff. The owners happened to drive by as I was grabbing my stuff out of my car. They stopped and said “We’re so glad we drove by you! We’re not opened currently but we’d be more than happy to open it up for you!” They were so kind and helpful. They easily could have driven right by on their day off but they chose to help me out personally. They were very professional and helpful and would definitely recommend them!

They lost my wedding dress and it took weeks to get it back. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks. I called at that time and was told it was out another 2 weeks. I called again in 2 weeks, and the girl on the phone was friendly but couldn't find my dress. She said she would call back and I never received a call. I called a week later and it was ready. I interacted with 4 staff members, and one woman was kind and personal-able. I appreciate her and her kindness. I wish the rest of my experience was pleasant. I love shopping local and I originally chose this cleaner over other more affordable options for that reason. I now take my business elsewhere, and recommend the same.

Horrible service. I Took my military uniform in to get cleaned. They said they would not take off any of the pins and medals but when I went to pick it up they had removed everything and worst of all they had lost all but four buttons.
