I was quoted at many tire places and these guys gave me the best deal by far! They were also quick and easy to work with. Dakota and Weston were very kind and helpful, I’d definitely ask for them if I ever need anything.

we went here to have a vehicle inspected prior to us purchasing it. We were under the impression that the inspection was more comprehensive than it was. Because the check engine light wasn't on, they said they passed a portion of the inspection right away. I don't know how well they actually inspected the vehicle or not. we ended up not buying the car for other reasons, but I wish I had a greater degree of confidence that the inspection was performed correctly.
The primary reason I have to doubt is that we were told the inspection would take 45 minutes. after an hour, our car was out front so I went to ask for an update. we were told the inspection had not even been started yet. 10 minutes later, the inspection is done. Its possible the staff here are extremely efficient and truly did the inspection that quickly, but something about it just felt off. 3/5 stars

A good experience until it wasn’t. I caught a flat right before taking my car to the nearest tire shop for two (2) new tires. The following day I noticed a weird noise coming from the bottom of my car. I immediately took my car back in and was assisted by staff and shared what was going on. They took my car for a spin to see if they noticed anything. Once they returned staff shared they heard the noise and that it sounded like it was coming from my muffler. I shared can they look into that due to not having issues prior. They said they couldn’t due to how busy they were and referred me to a family member who owns a muffler shop nearby.
UPDATE: They sent me to a family owned shop, a small piece needed to be wielded back on. Literally took them less than 2 minutes. All taken care of. Talk about getting the problem solved. Thank you Big Os PG, UT.

Dakota Gray at Pleasant Grove Big O Tires store is amazing. She quickly checked us in, asked the right questions and helped us speedily get on our way. We had to rotate and balance tires and we had a nail in one of the tires that had to be fixed. Thanks Dakota for the great service!

The crew at this store are always friendly and helpful. Had them patch a few flats for no cost. I got a chunk of metal in my tire and it went flat they got me an affordable set and had them put on in a matter of minutes. Sent me off with a valuable warranty and hazard coverage. Recommended them for all your tires and more.
