I thought I needed to buy new sparks but salesman Jimmy S. Took the time to look up my car maintenance schedule and found what I really needed was a gas additive and even put it in my gas tank.
I have always found that those who work in this store have been very helpful.

This location has THE BEST store manager, James Ayala. He was off the clock but still stayed to help me better understand what was going on with my AC providing so much help and insight. This is now and forever will be my auto parts store. Thanks James for going above and beyond.

Yesterday I was stranded at the Pleasant Grove AutoZone when my car failed to start. James, the manager of the store, was more than helpful as I waited for a mechanic to come and install a new starter motor. To my surprise, James even bought dinner for me as I waited. You can't get much better than the kind and helpful team at AutoZone and I shall always be a loyal customer from now on.

I came in last month because my engine light was on, I had James helping me and told me what was going on, he saved me a trip to a mechanic shop and my light was gone! Thank you for him being there and helping me beyond my expectations.

Swapped old battery and attempted to return old one here today. Kid who was clearly new hire tried to assist but couldn’t figure it out. When he asked for help the manager berated him in front of a group of customers for not knowing what he was doing. I tried to help the kid, ended up just leaving without credit. I was going to buy other items too, odd experience.

I've shopped Auto Zone for yrs. I came in trying to figure out my issue with my high beam, after my new one didn't work suspected maybe it was a faulty bulb they offered me a new one to try. Hence looks like it may be a bad connection. They were patient and helpful. Thx

They read my check engine light 4 times and sold me the wrong part 2 times. I had to spend more $$ going to a mechanic to figure this out. The employees can't even pull up the right part from the diagnostics report, not once but 2 times! When I asked them if they had the part the mechanic said I needed the manager said there were none in the state. I went down the road 5 minutes to a different Auto Zone and bought the same part they said wasn't available anywhere in the state. The PG AutoZone has bad customer service, the employees do not seem happy at all, and they clearly don't know how to do their job. When confronted I was given excuses, interrupted and not listened to at all. It already sucks to have to repair a vehicle but dealing with them made it 10x worse.
