“This shop was recommended to me and I'm so glad I came to them. They did a beautiful job on our Subaru. They repainted a door, replaced one of the rocket moldings and buffed out some superficial scratches. The new paint blends perfectly.
Everyone that helped me were very friendly and helpful. They even came in $100 less than their bid because they got a replacement rocket molding cheaper than they thought and they passed the savings on to me.
My car was done when they said it would be. Another bonus.

“Honestly we have been completely impressed by the owner Jeff and his team, our car was a particularly cursed job and they have been amazing throughout all of the trouble. I broke down in front of their shop in May right as they were closing for the day and they helped me push my car in from the road and worked really hard to find a fix. The work they did was amazing, but sadly the car had another issue months later because of a deeper problem and they honored their warranty really well and helped us find a solution. They have been great from start to finish and I trust their expertise and also their business practices that they are honest and overall have done great work in even the worst of circumstances. I would really recommend them and hopefully the next car we bring in isn’t such a lemon to work on because I would trust them with any car because of all they did for our complex car situation.”

“These guys are the best! They replaced all 4 brakes on our Honda CR-V back in December and did an excellent job. One of them started squeaking a couple of months ago and I remember they had informed of their 1 year warranty. I called and they came out the very next week and replaced the one causing the problem under warranty at no charge! Would 10/10 recommend. “This is the BEST mechanic I've found in Utah County and Salt Lake County...and I've tried at least 6 different mechanics!
They are HONEST!!
I've had then give me a secondary quote for work that other mechanics told me I needed. Their pricing is usually lower, but never higher than the other quotes I've gotten. They have also checked out my car at times and told me I didn't need the repairs that other mechanics claimed I needed.
I've had them check out a car before buying it and they've saved me from buying a car that looked great, but had hidden issues.
I recommend then to everyone and my adult kids have gone to them and been taken care of too.”

“Our family started using S&J auto from the beginning of their shop. Scott has always been honest and hardworking. He’s never tried to upsell us and offered different options to solve our problems and worked with us for the right solutions. One of our first major projects included an engine swap in a show truck. The engine was built by a local high end custom shop and installed by Scott. This engine failed almost immediately. The shop refused to stand behind their work but Scott did personally. We found this kind of integrity over and over again. We referred many family and friends and always heard positive reports.

“I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. “I was in need of a new car after my Pontiac became unable to make my commute to work any longer. After looking on KSL for a few days at all my options, and after going to 2 other Big Name dealerships, I couldn't find anything I was happy with or seemed remotely relaible. I then stumbled upon exact price auto, seeing they had a few options of vehicles listed on ksl that I was very interested in and in great shape. I called Justin and explained my situation and asked about my options. He is very honest, friendly and great to work with. I ended up purchasing a car he had for sale and had some mechanical trouble with it driving home that I didn't catch on the test drive. I called him and told him the situation. He had his tech pick up my car the same night and began working on it in the morning completely under warranty. Which I was very impressed with as most dealerships do not care what happens at all when you drive off the lot and will have no trouble taking your money while telling you to catch a bus if anything goes wrong. However Justin definitely honors the 30 day warranty he offers on every car and takes it very seriously. I was able to use a loner car he provided me with while my original car was being worked on. Long story short I purchased the loaner car instead as I liked it more and suits my needs better. The process and experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. Usually I avoid them all together because of so many past bad experiences and just buy privately on KSL. Im very happy with my new purchase and will definitely be using Exact Price Auto for any further mechanical or new vehicle needs. It's awesome to know that there are still good honest mechanics and dealerships out there I believe I've finally found an honest shop that does good work.”
