Had a bad experience with with orem and provo locations. The manager at the pleasant grove Location was surprisingly working by hisself but managing more than one person but was still able help me with my issue. He not only convinced me to stay, but i also upgraded my phone and plan. For this to be an Authorized dealer, he seemed more knowledgeabe than the cooperate locations and def more welcoming. Wait time could be better, as I said he was alone and i waited almost 15 minutes, but overall a great experience and I will Def be returning to this location for future business. Highly Recommended.

Had a very bizarre experience at this store today purchasing a new phone. I do not know what I did to deserve this, but below is a list of oddities that I was subjected to today:1. The individual helping me didn't ask me what color phone I wanted. Fine, I'm a fully-grown adult and can handle not having the specific color of phone that I want. After everything else that's happened this year, it just would've been nice to have been asked, that's all. Instead, the salesperson unceremoniously selected a random phone out of a box and started messing with it. I simply had to assume this was the phone that I had been assigned before birth (in case you're holding your breath wondering whether the phone that was assigned to me happened to be the color that I wanted, it was not).2. The sales individual helping me took a personal FaceTime call in the middle of setting up my phone. After accepting the call in full view, they held their phone under their desk so that I couldn't see it, perhaps thinking that I wouldn't know they were on a call. An interesting strategy given that their phone was, in fact, on speaker and I was sitting less than 12 inches away when they said to whomever was on the other line "I'm just finishing setting up a phone, give me 2".3. When I specifically asked not to be enrolled in the protection plan, the individual helping me acted as if the AT&T Gods simply decide whether or not to enroll someone based on factors that are entirely out of anyone's control. This was new information for me and I appreciated the enlightenment. However, the salesperson did not indicate whether there was any sort of ritual I could perform to curry favor with whatever entity has control over protection plan enrollment. Since I've just sold my soul to AT&T for at least the next 3 years, I'll be sure to update you if such rituals exist.4. Oddly, the salesperson then indicated that if I the Gods HAPPENED to enroll me in the protection plan that I specifically did not want, I should stay enrolled for 45 days, at which point control over the protection plan enrollment is handed down from the Gods to... I guess anyone? A thought occurred to me at this juncture that the salesperson was just trying to get me to stay enrolled in the protection plan (that I did not want and specifically asked not to be enrolled in) for long enough that they would be paid a commission on me, but a dedicated disciple of the AT&T Gods would never do such a thing so I pushed this thought away. Anyway, I checked my account after returning home and it turns out that I was Chosen to be enrolled in the protection plan. I unenrolled immediately without issue.I escaped from this experience relatively unscathed but I do not wish to be subjected to this a second time and will therefore be avoiding this establishment at all costs. Thought perhaps this information could be helpful for some poor unsuspecting customer in the future.

Jillian, Micheall, and Alycia did a wonderful job.Best service in the whole state of Utah!They sat with me for 6 hours getting issues with my direct TV and AT&T account fixed. They know what they are doing and are very professional and have the best customer service. They are great with multitasking and made sure everyone in the store was being taken care of in a very timely manor.

Went in today for some help with my phone, my service being poor every day, calls going in and out. They told me I should call customer service because they can’t help. This is the worst Coporate store experience I’ve ever had. I can expect this type of service from a private vendor but not the Coporate store. I’ll be taking my business to the Orem location in the future.

Heidi is the most amazing customer service representative we have had since my wife and I switched from T-Mobile. She helped us figure out the small things and made it so we weren't feeling rushed. I'm really glad I made the switch. She gave us attention we didn't have prior to switching. Thanks. Heidi for making us simpletons become more with our technology. Your the best hope to see you next time we have some issues or questions

I’ve had the chance to work with several people at AT&T, for the most nose they have all be pretty good.By far Heidi has provided the best customer service out of everyone they I have talked to. She is knowledgeable, always willing to help out and answer questions. I don’t ever feel rushed or like she is just pushing a sale.I have brought over 9 business accounts and 5 personal accounts because of a Heidi.

I just want to say how respectable and honest Heidi is. She was so easy to talk to and understand all the issues I have been having with T-Mobile, I started asking why didn’t I switch a lot sooner. Heidi was honest and very understanding what it’s like to have phone troubles with billing and technicalities that are a bit harder to understand. It’s easy to buy a new phone it’s pretty hard to understand all the things it can do. I recently had some trouble switching from android to IPhone and it’s the most frustrating thing I’ve ever done and yet Heidi went above and beyond to help me understand how to operate my phone and even talked me into buying the new Apple Watch with my purchase. She made me feel at ease when the line was out the door and everyone’s patience was being tested she didn’t skip a beat. She said I was here first and my concerns were a priority. I’ll definitely be sending my friends to meet her. Wish I could give 10 stars. Thanks for everything Heidi

Heidi is a kind hearted person she always make sure her customers are well cared for and make sure their phone works great before leaving the store. I came in and she had a smile on her face and she was great. She’s amazing at tech support and she got me the coolest case and charger I give her a 10 star review ?♥️

Heidi and Brent helped me get my phone going when I went in last week, they did a great job, I turned my service off and I didn’t know how to fix it and they were perfect. ***** stars. Heidi always makes me happy when I come in for a problem with my phone I’m a old lady in her 60s and don’t know much about phones she taught me how to use my phone the right way. Two years ago I wouldn’t have even known how to text people or put contacts in my phone without her help. She deserves a bonus. Great tech support
