“just moved in! The process has been easy and stress free; everyone in the office has been really easy to talk to and ask questions, and they’re knowledgeable and happy to help. The apt is cute and doesn’t feel like a box, overall this has been a very easy and delightful process!”
“I think for the most part, the complex does pretty good at trying to keep the grounds and upkeep maintained. They are really good at announcing concerns or issues concerning upkeep and maintenance. My issue is with the residents. The jacuzzi is not fir kids, it's not a large bathtub so keep your diapered kids out of it. The garbage compactor is another issue. Don't send your kids to do an adult job, and what is up with all of the sloppiness when putting your garbage in the compactor. Don't gripe about the management or your neighbors if you're not doing YOUR part in picking up after yourself or your pets. Pictures attached...”

You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. After living at other complexes and having negative experiences, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price.”

“We had several hiccups with Campus Edge when we first moved in but when I reached out regarding our experience with the office they were quick to respond & did everything they could to make it right. I am grateful for the time the office took to not only look over my concern but address then with action! They are quick to get any maintenance issues resolved & have even called me for clarification on a few.”
