“Sadly, my 2023 was involved in an accident that left my diver side door destroyed. I called my car dealership, Kia, and was directed to call Old School Body School. Justin made the entire process easy. I dropped the car off, and he did the rest. Justin dealt with the insurance company, so I didn't have to do anything after I opened the claim with them.My car looks good as new thanks to the Old School Body Shop team. I highly recommend this shop.”
“Bunch of sweeties work here!I was in an accident middle of January and they took their time and really did a good job on fixing my car.I did have an issue with my car afterwards and I brought it in and they immediately got to work on it and they really went above and beyond for me which I appreciate but by no means did I expect. The customer service here is unmatched.I have always felt very intimidated when it comes to car issues and never did I feel like that by coming here or talking to any of the workers. They kept me updated the whole time as well which I loved. Seriously some of the nicest people work here.My car looks beautiful and is driving so well! 10/10 would recommend them to everyone!”

“Excellent customer service and a very good job on my vehicle! My 2014 Fiesta ST suffered damage to the left side passenger weather stripping along with the left side skirt coming undone due to missing clips. All the damage was repaired for a very fair price and it looks 1000% better than it did going in. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their car worked on. Furthermore I came in at the last minute with a time crunch, Shane was able to squeeze my car in and I was still able to get my car back in time. Thanks for the excellent job!!”

“TRAILER ISSUES? THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Larry and his two Son's saved my trip! Rolled into this pace on a Saturday morning with tire issues. Larry took the time to listen to our issues and inspected our brakes. After discovering we had larger issues than originally anticipated with our tires, Larry and his two son's decided to help us out even though their service department was closed. These guys were top notch! They were very knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was going on and how the issue was fixed. They jumped right on fixing my trailer without asking for anything! One son went to work on the wheels while the other took care of the brakes. We were operating safely and back on the road in no time! “I wanted to trade in my car for a bigger and nicer car. I was originally supposed to meet with Phil. He greeted me when I got there and informed me that a deal he was working on was going longer than expected and he passed me off to Krista who was amazing! She said everything very straight forward and didn’t dance around anything which is amazing! In the past I have had experiences with sales people talking down to me like I’m stupid and that was definitely not the case here! Honest and loyal, if there is a question, speak directly to the mechanics/people doi g the work, you can't expect the people in the middle answering the phones to know about ALL the things going g o , there plate is full and probably shouldn't need to being that they have a different job title, so if your frustrated they will have someone give you a move detailed response, they are there to facilitate and give general info. “Fantastic customer service! Very intelligent employees here. I have been looking for door panel retainer clips for about a year now. They didn't have them in stock but had them for me the next day! Also tried to find another interior door panel part that I need to replace. Couldn't find that one but those clips were enough to win me over. I'll probably shop here from now on.
