Customer service is garbage, waited over an hour, after them telling us 15more minutes and well have it filled , over and over and over until after an hour passed, just or them to say we don't have that in stock and they can't do anything g. no one takes responsibility and the customer is treated like a criminalGo to STONEDRUG in Spanish fork, don't waste your time with these clowns

Alicia the pharmacist and Heather the pharmacy tech are wonderful at Payson Walgreens Pharmacy. We have gotten a few vaccines from them and we have been impressed with their kindness, positive attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I am from Texas and am used to excellent service at my Walgreens store AND pharmacy at home so I was very hesitant to have my prescription filled at this Walgreens when I saw the ratings. Being in Fillmore for business, it was the closest Walgreens and I happened to be going "into town" so I decided to give it a shot. Well, I was pleasantly surprised!! I received quick service from friendly staff! My medication was filled correctly and was ready and waiting for me as promised when I arrived to pick it up. And... they even found me a BETTER deal than my expected insurance price!! Thank you for giving me the kind of service I'm used to from back home. Keep up the great service and you will EARN your way to being a five-star Walgreens!!

The pharmacy is the worst service i have ever had from a business. They make up stories about why they can't fill a prescription, which I then talk to my insurance and doctor and everything is fine. They verbally abuse you and tell you that you can't come there anymore! I am so glad i moved all my prescriptions from them. Even the doctors offices hate calling the payson pharmacy Walgreens as they are on hold for so long and then you get hung up on. I have been told this by plenty of my doctors. So sad that that they want to make people with health issues, work harder then we already have to, to get out of the house and then we get to the pharmacy and they are just so rude or they say they couldn't fill it. The main pharmacist is so arrogant and there are a couple of women that, treat you like you are a worthless piece of crap. Just trying to say, NOOOOOO i would never recommend them and I would say rather walk into the place i do and they are so nice!!

Called in for heart medication refill on Saturday. Was told it would be done Monday morning. Came in Tuesday to pick up prescription, was told it hadn't been filled and told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back and was told they are out of medication. They told me they would send it to springville. Called back an hour and a half later because I hadn't heard back. They didn't send anything to springville. Dropped the ball hard on this one. Critical heart medication. Terrible.

This review is specifically for the PHARMACY department within the Payson, UT Walgreens. After years of slow AND terrible customer service, inadequate training of new employees, poor administrative accountability, high turnover due to the good employees leaving, and having to deal with some kind of issue with nearly every prescription we've sent to the Payson Walgreens over the past several years, our most recent experience was the last straw. This pharmacy is, hands down, the WORST in Utah County. Even before claims of COVID-19 "staffing issues" this pharmacy appeared to be poorly managed and continues to function as smoothly as a broken razor blade across burlap. They either do not pick up their phones at all or leave you on hold for 20-plus minutes prompting you to drive many miles to walk in only to be greeted with their ineptitude in person. There is no accountability for mistakes they repeatedly make and zero interest on their part for taking any kind of pride in their jobs.Both of the Pharmacists and at least one of the Pharm Techs clearly display their dislike of their jobs and do not have any interest in excelling in anything work-related. I think they prefer dead-eye staring into chasms of nothingness than actually doing their jobs. And that would be fine! But if that's what they want, then they should get a job folding T-shirts instead of filling life-saving medications. Why did we continue to use their services 1) We're overly-patient IDIOTS who thought it would get better and 2) We've always let the poor performance and errors roll off our backs because it was close to our home and we eventually got our corrected prescriptions. No more; the Payson, UT Walgreens Pharmacy has reached unprofessional and unacceptable limits.We have, within the past hour, transferred ALL of our numerous and very expensive prescriptions to another pharmacy who, upon first call, has already outperformed Payson, UT Walgreens Pharmacy in customer service, knowledge, and respect for the patients they serve.

My spouse called the pharmacy, we waited for about 20 mins, finally someone answered but never said anything and put him on hold. We sat on hold for an additional 10 mins, finally hamging up (we were trying to call ahead so they could get the perscription filled in advance--we live in Mona--20-25 mins away. My husband was on hold for the entire drive.We figured maybe they were busy. A few cars in the drive thru, and NO line. We see 2 girls chatting not even working. We hear the phone ringing, and an employee didnt even answer and put them on hold. We told the senior pharmacist what happened, and that we were upset. She very sarcastically made an insincere apology. Was so rude. First and last time we come here. We will make the longer drive to springville walgreens.

If you like listening to elevator music over the phone for hours on end and patronizing staff this is place for you. Tried calling ahead to get my prescription filled only to have my call repeatedly picked up and immediately placed on hold, were they just really busy? Well of course they were, they were busy chatting amongst themselves and one was even busy chowing down on a candy bar while filling prescriptions which seems a little questionable in itself but who am i the health inspector?Upon walking up i noticed a tech that was extremely busy telling a story to 2 other techs pick up the ringing phone and quickly place it on hold to finish her story.A little miffed i inquired of the hulking tech if anyone on duty knew how to answer a phone, where the troll replied smoothly "apparently not" with a grin creeping out of the edges of her mask.

Idk what all the bad reviews are about. I've always used Walgreens. Whenever I've had a prescription called into Smiths I've had bad experiences so I get all our prescriptions here, except for one that's way cheaper elsewhere. They aren't the quickest at answering the phone most the time but honesty I think the longest I've ever waited is like 7 or 8 minutes cause they get super busy, they are pretty slammed most the time so they're doing their jobs, and have a lot they have to deal with everyday. I've been going to this specific one for about 6 years and it's so much more convenient because they text you as soon as it's ready and their app you can download is so convenient & great. Also - I've had to deal with a lot of rude people at other pharmacies but they've always been kind and caring to me. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
