The one star is for the management. I give Anthony a ten star rating. That guy should be the manager in my opinion. Hes knowledgeable, honest and upfront with costs and options. I went in to add two of my boys to my account a few weeks ago to save us some money by bundling. I was told BY THE MANAGER that adding a second line to each phone would save me $10 per line. So we added an extra line to each phone to save $10 a month. He also said my son could get a new iPhone 15 for .28 cents a month, which turned out to be the only thing that was true. We could get an Apple watch and iPad for free and only pay about $15 a month for service. Long story short, I payed $580 in taxes and fees, which was never disclosed or discussed, and I just got a bill for almost $800.00 for one month of service. In looking at my bill 99% of what I was told was wrong. I have absolutely no trust in the management of this store. At all! IF you do gobin there ask for Anthony. Hes the only one that was completely honest and upfront about everything. He should be the manager there.

Verry inclusive and understanding, good customer service but in a chill and relaxed type way so it didn’t feel forced. Great people and area would recommend.

I went in today for some help with my phone and Cory was such a fantastic guy. He actually held conversation with me while fixing my phone. He was so knowledgeable about what my phone does. Harley is the ABSOLUTE best! We ended up going to this location because of a mistake another employee made with our phones in the Lehi location and Harley was kind enough to help us fix EVERYTHING. He knows what he’s doing and had the answers to everything.

I went in to the store to do an upgrade on my phone when my son broke his. While I was there Maggie was able to help me adjust my plan in a way that allowed for my entire family of 3 to get new phones, the monthly amount for the plan is going to be lower, and all while working within my limited budget.Maggie took the time to answer all my questions, and really helped me tailor my service to my needs. At no point during my visit did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't need and they accepted any sales pitch that I declined.I went in with a broken phone and came out with new phones for everyone, paying less money per month, and feeling like I was treated as an individual and not just another sale to be made. I've been with Verizon for 13 years and with this type of service I will still be a Verizon customer in another 13 years.Can you hear me now? Good!
