If you want to experience worse under staffing at the register than Walmart, Smiths Payson sets a new low bar. 10+ people deep waiting to check out and ONE very slow cashier open. Mind blowing. Payson Market is my new goto. AND they don't require a loyalty card for checkout....win-win for customers.

Great customer service and employees. Large selection of groceries and other things, incl. a pharmacy and meds/vitamins. The prices aren't quite as good as Walmart, but are fairly competitive, esp. if you use their points card and digital coupons app. The parking lot is big, but often crowded during peak hours.

Wonderful people working in the Pharmacy. Professional and knowledgeable. The grocery store has an outstanding bakery. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was perfect.

Love this location and the staff are amazing and they really are super helpful and go above and beyond.They are really the best and when I go there I feel like I am with family and freinds and not like any other grocery stores. They go above and beyond and thank you for all you guys do.

Good produce Except couldn't find any iceberg lettuce, a basic. Limited cheese selection.

This is a smaller building than most Smith's grocery stores. It is a Kroger store. This location caters more to farmers and I think an older crowd. You won't find much in the way of organics, prebiotic drinks, or a wide variety of any products. But it is a good store, with a pharmacy, US Bank, Customer Service which includes a post office. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The store is excellent. Great meats, fresh produce, great deli selection, fresh herbs, pharmacy is well staffed, in store bakery too. The only issue I have had is with their Digital DEALs, you have to tell them or it does not ring up. Frustrating check out with large orders.

I've made several online orders without any issues, but my recent one was cancelled for NO reason by someone at the store. Luckily I checked my order status before leaving for the store, because I hadn't received notice that it was ready at the time it should have been.I was told when I called that "sometimes they cancel orders because they suspect fraud". They have your contact info and access to your order history, why wouldn't they contact you and ask if you had placed the order, instead of just canceling it! So annoyed!
I thought I had finally found a decent place to spend my money.
