The vet tech and veterinarian were both so empathetic and kind to our sweet girl as she passed. They were professional and informative about the process making it personal to our grieving family. Very impressed with their facility and staff.

3578 East Pony Express Pkwy Ste 103a, Eagle MountainDr Hooley was very caring about my 12 1/2 year old mini dachshund, she had started dragging her left front paw so I took her in. Dr Hooley checked her and said unfortunately I'm pretty sure she has a slipped disc or a herniated one in her neck, she gave her some medication and never was like let's do imaging and possibly look into surgery. I never felt at any point that she was just there for the money. Dr.Hooley cares about the animals and their people.

Had an emergency with my cat, he was throwing up a concerning amount of times and it was at least a week long wait to get into pretty much every other facility I reached out to. PFPH was able to get me an appointment the same day I called! Staff was very kind & helpful. He ended up needing surgery that night to remove a huge wad of hair ties from his belly and was home by the following evening. He's been such a chill happy boy since! Pricing was VERY fair. Other places would charge an arm & a leg for the same emergency situation.
