The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. Cameron came up to me and asked how he could help before I even walked in the door. The staff seemed to work well together as a team and helped each other out. The office had a memorable, creative, and small-town vibe. Businesses like this make me feel proud to live in Payson.

My windshield was cracked and they did really well at fixing it! It looks really nice, but I called in to order a windshield and I was told that they would get that ordered for me and it would be fine to come in the next week to get it fixed. When I got there, they had never ordered the windshield, so they did it that day. They said it would be done that day and would call me when it was ready, but I never got a call. When it got to 9:30pm, I kept trying to call to see how it was doing but no one answered. I tried visiting at 10:00pm to see what the status was on it, and no one answered or showed that they were there. I had already told them that I needed the car by the end of the day because I had work throughout the rest of the week, and they assured me that it would be done. I didn’t get any call until the following day, and had to figure out a ride to my work. The actual work on my car was great, but the whole process was a little frustrating.

Excellent service. They pulled my shattered windshield off of my old 1993 GMC and found a bunch of rust. After hours of hard work they were able to clean it up and put a new windshield in. They worked hard and went the extra mile. Fair prices and extremely good quality service.

Got a windshield replaced a little bit ago and when I got it back and checked it out the next day part of the cowl had been broken off. I was told that it was never removed or anything but after looking into it, it seems like it is a must to remove to replace a windshield.

We got a rock chip on our way to Moab and had to get it fixed immediately so it wouldn't spread in the cold and rain. We called about 10 places and no one wanted to stick around on a Friday night (understandably). They were super friendly and got us back on the road within 30 min, taking care of insurance and everything. Super efficient, great service, and incredibly personal.Give Kitty a scratch for me!

I used Payson Autobody and Glass to replace my windshield. After the replacement I noted paint chips and scratches all around the windshield from where metal tools were used to pry the windshield up. The mechanic broke numerous retainer clips for the trim. The trim pieces rattle and whistle at highway speeds because there is little to hold them down now. The rearview mirror was not installed properly and shakes when driving. I am good to my vehicles and am disappointed in the workmanship my vehicle received.
