I love this shop! Such a great selection of healthy plants and trees! Always friendly, and helpful. Also great prices! We just got 5 flats (4 plants each) of ground cover for about $20!!!! But I get to have a fun project with my daughter!

Not impressed with the customer service. My wife and I browsed for trees and plants for about an hour and a half and not one person asked if we needed any help or assistance. In fact, we felt like we were constantly in the staffs way as they were moving plants around looking right past us. There were 4 girls running the counter when we checked out that made us feel like we were interrupting their conversation. No thanks for coming in or assistance with the plants. I’d hoped for a little better vibe and willingness to help with taking the family to support a local plant shop.

I’ve been a client there for over 30 years? Is that possible. My last two phone calls the customer service was abysmal. I know if they do the arrangements they will be beautiful. That’s always consistent, but the customer service reps just did not want to be bothered with my request. Today I needed an “emergency boutonnière and two wristlet corsages.” To be delivered by 4 (we didn’t even get that far). She wasn’t going to get flowers until 1 and then would have to make them. Obviously put out. In February my son and I both wanted to order very expensive funeral flowers to be delivered to Mt Pleasant. Even though I was more than willing to pay the delivery charge, I was turned down flat. A business in Nephi was delighted to get my business. Bradley and Chris are lifelong dear friends of mine and I know they expect better. I hate to see them losing business. Regards, Lucy Smith Vengrow

I was concerned about doing a floral arrangement. I know nothing about flowers. The only directions I could give was purple is her favorite color and Roses. I asked that they make it beautiful for my Favorite Aunt. They went above and beyond my wildest dreams. It out shone all others! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
