Guys were super nice, tested my battery for free, once I knew it needed replaced he gave me a few options, then installed and tested it again for free after I bought the battery. Good service, good people.

This Napa along with the one in Springville, are the best auto parts store I know of. They're always able to figure out what part I'm talking about and either find it for me, or let me know that part no longer exists. Napa has always been the most reliable auto parts store. They have less hours than other auto parts stores, which I think is reasonable since the employees are humans just like the rest of us. Definitely my go to for an auto parts store. They also have a oil drop off where you can take your discarded oil.

Glen and the guys really took care of me! I had four commercial batteries that were 15 months old and not working properly. Glen replaced them no questions asked! Highly recommend this Napa!

I love the staff here. They are helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to find you and get you what you need. The store is clean and I’ve been here a lot since moving to the area. I’ve been to the Spanish Fork NAPA and they aren’t friendly, the store smells weird, and when they didn’t have what I was looking for they just told me tough luck basically. Called up payson NAPA and they said we’ll order what you need. This location is much better. I come here a lot!

Have purchased many parts from this location including batteries for my motor home, Parts for my 76 C10 just to mention a few! I have even entered my vehicles in Onion days car show that Napa puts on! The reason for this review is their prices are Always Way higher than their competitors. I went in to purchase a Battery for a key fob, it was 9.00 dollars and some change. All I had was 100.00 dollar bill and didn't have my wallet, so I tried to pay with the large bill. I was told they couldn't break it that I need to go to Zion Bank and break it. I did just that but since I didn't have an ID (my wallet was at home) they wouldn't break it! I then got an emergency call to pick up my son from ?... I forgot to go back and pay for the 2 pack of key fob batteries (they still had 1 of them and the package)... 3 days later I had a Payson ?♂️ ? come to my house in Elkridge and try to charge me with theft! I immediately drove to Payson and paid for the battery and never received the other battery or package. Next time I'll just use Amazon and save myself a whole lot of headache and time!

Always friendly and helpful any time I've come in. They tend to have a lot of the things you get to see in the monthly ads that some other stores don't order in.
