Horrible owners. Stay clear of this place as they will mess up your car and then blame you for the problem. A business that thinks they never make mistakes is one that will never improve and will never admit their faults. Can't wait to see them go out of business.

I'm not sure how this place is even in business. Had a repair done 4 times over 2 years and finally went to a different place and discovered that the whole transmission needed to be replaced, and Mckell just kept replacing the clutch. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they insisted I didn't know how to drive, and it was all my fault. They refuse to take any responsibility, and they don't care about the customer just getting their paycheck.

I LOVE them. I won't go anywhere else, only to them. If you're like me, you want to take your vehicle to someone you trust. Mckell automotive is definitely that place! Look no further. Go to Mckells. I have been their customer for 5 years, and my family has been going to them for a long time now.

I was in town visiting family and just came here because of the good reviews. I had to get back to my home state for work and they really pushed things ahead for my car to be repaired in time. Excellent customer service, great price for what had to be done, and very kind and straight to the point while going over things with me. Highly recommend!

They were able to fix my old dodge Ram 1500 when I spent months looking for a shop who would take it because it was an electrical issue, and most shops can’t or won’t fix electrical issues anymore.
They had it fixed in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price.!
