“We had not used Caliber Collision before. They were recommended by our insurance company for our car which was involved in an accident. From the moment we walked into the shop, we were impressed. We could see lots of awards for service excellence. Every person that we dealt with was top notch with not only good communication, but friendly and explaining the process completely. We received updates via text and understood that it would take longer than we had hoped, but that was not their fault. It was due to the lack of being to secure a headlight assembly. However, they were able to get one and the work was done a month early. We were so thrilled! The work that was done was the best we have experienced. They even vacuumed and cleaned our floor mats! Our car has not looked this good since we purchased it. Needless to say if we need more work done, we will be returning to Caliber Collision. Their prices were competitive.”

He operated his truck with precision on a dark street and even offered to drop our keys in the after hours drop box at the repair center so we didn’t have to make the drive ourselves. “I regrettably didn’t use safe lite to replace my windshield and it was got very messed up and was a nightmare. I came into Safelite in Spanish Fork and asked for their help fixing some of my issues. The technician walked out took one look at my car and went inside and got the part I needed that the other place forgot to install. Installed it for me and fixed my automatic wipes in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. The other company had my car TWO days and couldn’t fix it. These guys fixed it in 5 minutes. Very kind, knowledgeable and quick. I was so grateful and won’t ever be going to anyone else again! Thanks guys!”
