I went here for an emssions test because they have the best pricing that I could find in Payson ($30 test only, $35 for test and OntheSpot renewal).They have a cool office with a personalized, small-business feel. The workers were straightforward and timely.

I really appreciate the employees here. They are genuine and caring and honest. They took good care of me and my car when I needed new tires and registration and they took care of my daughter and her car last week when she needed help with her thermometer. I highly recommend!

Not too thrilled.
$2500 later and I got my truck back with the same no start issues, hood was stuck shut, and batteries were dead.
I initially brought my truck in because I suspected the IDM was bad and just didn't have the time to go through it being out of town. I let them know what I had done, and why I was suspecting the IDM. A day later they call me and told me that they believe the IDM was in fact bad and they wanted to send it in for a rebuild. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to get the IDM back (3-5) days at most other places online to send it in for a rebuilt one and do a core exchange. )
Then my truck was broken into while sitting in their lot and some parts were broken. They told me a week later after it happened. I found out because they were telling me they needed to replace the lock cylinder and I was like "why"? Initially they weren't wanting to cover the cost of broken parts from the break in and claimed "they weren't responsible) until I told them they needed too and I ended up having an officer come and look at the truck and he believes they didn't lock the truck as there was no forced entry, but the ignition cylinder was broken as well as the steering column.
After a month in the shop all they replaced was the fuel pump, and IDM. They said it was a wiring issue and they wanted to chase the wires that were causing the truck to not run. They starting looking through wires on the valve cover and couldn't figure it out. I eventually was back in town and just paid for the truck and towed it home.
When I got it home I hooked up my scan tool and found all the same engine codes that were there when I brought it into the shop after doing the buzz test and KOEO injector test. Pretty annoyed that they charged me $2500 ($1360 labor) for not fixing any issues I brought it in for. Now that I had the time to work on it I spent 4 hours doing continuity tests and found that the PCM was bad. I Replaced the PCM and the truck runs great.
Idk if this shop was just slacking off, or charging me a ton of money and hours for very little work, but it took me 4 hours to find the issue after I towed my truck home, and they had the truck for over a month. I also had to call them to check on the truck, and they didn't give me a detailed report of what was actually done and what needed to be done. Also My batteries were dead when I went to pick it up, and the lock cylinder they replaced from the break in was a Chinese knock off and is already having issues.
Honestly I don't recommend this shop from my experience.
I gave them 2 stars because they did replace the fuel pump, and they did cover the cost of parts that were broken when the truck was broken into under their care.
