Helped a friend get some stuff into her unit. The site had a coded entry, plenty of security cameras, and the unit itself was nicely raised to keep out water from rain or snow buildup. Pricing was good too ; >

This is a great place to store your travel trailer or your items. The storage units are brand new with asphalt paving for the roads. I Have a 10x10 which satisfies what I need. They also have a 35' covered parking spots as well as longer ones for RV's. I have my 32' (which is technically longer than 35') under the 35' parking spot and it overhangs just a little bit. It's really great price and is located just outside of Parowan in the farm fields but paved all the way to the garages. Lastly the place has a security gate and cameras. Great find for me and hopefully this helps for others.

Julie was incredible. We were passing through the area from Las Vegas to Iowa when we ran into an issue with our trailer and needed to take some weight off. It was late Saturday night and we were so afraid we’d be stuck in town until Monday, but I was able to find Southern Utah Storage online and even better, we were able to reserve the unit online as well. Julie text me that same night with all the info we needed and we were able to drop our stuff off first thing Sunday morning and get back on the road. I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for her amazing customer service. Thank you so much!!

These guys treat us great. It’s the second time we’ve used them. We store our trailer for several days while we go up to our cabin. The facility is very secure. Highly recommended.
